Great House in Quiet Location

Thoroughly recommend this property which is an ideal location for exploring a large area of Brittany. The city amenities of Quimper are nearby, and several of the must-see locations are within approximately 30 minutes driving time. Spacious house is well equipped with ample space for group and individual time. The pool and spa was a winning combination for all three generations of our party. Fabienne and Sebastien were excellent hosts, very responsive to the few issues which inevitably arose in such a well-appointed holiday property. Definitely worth a return visit!

We had everything we needed

Beautiful countryside location yet close to many small towns. Lots of Market day visits. Plenty of White sandy beaches Property had everything we needed, plenty for everyone. The only real problem we had was the swimming pool in that we needed more detailed instructions - we put the chlorine tablets in the floating containers but were supposed to put them in the fitration area. No Complaints, lovely property and would recommend it

Modern and spacious house in a beautiful garden.

We were seven adults. The pool and jacuzzi area were amazing. We ate outside most nights. The property is spacious and modern. The open plan living area is excellent. One luxurious bedroom, but other bedrooms had dormer ceilings, so smaller and disappointing. En-suite bathrooms, but only two toilets upstairs, and two downstairs. We cooked everyday, so could have done with more tea towels, cloths etc. The bathroom towels could have been better quality. Bring your own shower gel. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. In our opinion the pluses outweigh the negatives.

Maison non entretenue

La maison n’est pas Ă  la hauteur de la description . Le hammam n’a jamais fonctionnĂ© correctement (quand la sonde indiquait 37 degrĂ©s dĂšs le dĂ©part, il est clair que ça ne chauffait pas). L’antenniste a dĂ» intervenir (perte de temps), la maison n’a pas la fibre, donc oubliez le multimĂ©dia fluide ! Quand au jacuzzi, il n’a fonctionnĂ© qu’au bout d’une semaine suite au remplacement d’une piĂšce dĂ©fectueuse (il Ă©tait dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat que sa housse, qui aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre changĂ©e il y a des annĂ©es). Quand aux salles de bains, ne comptez pas en profiter - entre la baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas, la grande douche qui ne donne que de l’eau froide (le chauffe eau a dĂ» ĂȘtre changĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour, sans rĂ©el succĂšs), ou la robinetterie qui vous reste presque dans la main. Comme nous a confiĂ© l’artisan qui s’est dĂ©placĂ© frĂ©quemment pendant notre sĂ©jour, toute l’installation est Ă  refaire. Silence radio lorsqu’on a demandĂ© un geste commercial pour reflĂ©ter l’ensemble des difficultĂ©s. Tenez-vous Ă©loignĂ©s de ce bien Ă  ce prix lĂ .
