This bright 70 m² house in SAINT BREVIN L'OCÉAN comprises :

A living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher), a 1st bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds (180cm) and a 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with shower cubicle and WC.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the lovely private grounds with garden furniture and barbecue.

Distance to the ocean beach (200 m), shops (150 m) and mini-golf (350 m).
Summer house without heating.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your booking.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

Location conforme au descriptif (l'agent immobilier nous a ajouté des chauffages d'appoint compte de la température la nuit). Proche de la mer, au calme avec commerces à proximité. Tout se fait à pieds
