Beautiful townhome in the gated community of Coral Hammock. Located across the street from the Key West Golf Club, and only a few minutes from deep sea fishing, boat rentals, sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants, and exciting Duval Street. Great place to relax after seeing the sights of Key West.

This unit has three bedrooms, master bedroom features a king bed, while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, along with three full baths. Two doors away from the pool and clubhouse. Enjoy the warm 80 degree temps on the balcony all winter long!

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and in unit laundry.

Nice place, great for families. Could use some TLC and would be amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, chickens were terrible but once we picked up some ear plugs and wine it was not a problem. Tile needs some work in kitchen and bathroom. (Cracked and grout everywhere) Pool was great. Kitchen cookware and plates were nice but there were only 4 forks.

I would recommend to others and would stay here in the future especially if they open hunting season on roosters!

The location was great but the property needs work.

First impression walking was not great. The carpet was dirty. The tile in the kitchen was broken (hidden by a rug). The downstairs bedroom had termites coming out of the wall. The upstairs bathrooms had broken tiles in front of the showers as you stepped out. No bath rug to put down. The shower upstairs backed up(owner did get someone out right away). Only 2 towels in each bathroom. 2 Wash clothes in only 1 bathroom. No hand towels. The banister rails inside and out were broken. The rooster started crowing at 2:40am every 30 seconds and didn't stop til mid day. This was not the most enjoyable stay. The unit needs some up keep done to it. We have stayed at other properties in Key West that were better maintained.

Perfect for family of 4.

Beautiful gated community about 3 miles from Duval happenings. Enough space for our family of 4 with young teens who want there space from each other. They loved that they had their own bathroom and porch outside there bedroom. Easy beautiful path walk to the pool after a long day at the beach or shopping Duval.. My only complaint was you are not given a assigned parking spot . A few nights we stayed out late and had to park a few units down. People complained about the roosters noise which I think ads to the charm of Key West. My daughter made a friend with the black and white stray cat, again we loved its presence each morning over coffee on the porch. Overall, a charming place for a family. We rented wave runners just down the road and shrimp tacos at Hogfish is a must for nights you don't want to hit Duval street. Can't wait to return. Always have loved Key West, now love Stock Island. Even got the bumper sticker to prove it!

The property was as described and was roomy and attractive. Do bring your own towels as there is only one per person. The problem was the roosters that crowed all night. We only got one night of sleep and for this reason, I would never book it again. We were exhausted during the day and the property is on the flight path of the airport which prevented very much sleep during the day. I cannot recommend it.

Owner's Response: Well as most who know Keywest realize roosters are a protected species and a part of the island life. They can be loud at times early in morning and I can only suggest bringing ear plugs or there is a cvs pharmacy across the street to purchase them if they become bothersome. Keywest has a naval airbase and jets flying overhead are out of our control. As for towels we have a linen closet on lower level with extra bath and beach towels. Unfortunate this guest didn't locate it. Sorry for any inconveniences but we try our best to keep house as supplied as possible. Thanks for renting with us.
