Cozy- 2bdrm with kids loft bedroom

We rent Sat to Sat Memorial Day to Labor Day. 3 night minimum any other rental dates. Guest Use Agreement must be signed and sent back.

1495A Neptune Road is a small but cozy beach cottage (camper with addition) featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, with a kids loft bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in the living room, an open living space/kitchen and everything you need to enjoy Myrtle Beach. Extended cable and WIFI is included, as well as a charcoal grill.

The cottage accommodates 6 guests. There are flat screen TVs in the 2 bedrooms and in the living space. There is also access to a full-size washing machine and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and apt size stove and more! The master includes a queen size bed, dresser for storage, and built in closet for hanging/storage. 2nd bedroom includes one full bed, wardrobe and small dresser.

*Golf Cart not included, you can rent form OceanLakes or bring your own

*Linens and paper products are not included.

*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles ONLY - Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

*This is a non-smoking house - NO EXCEPTIONS

*This house was a camper with a permanent addition added on. There are low ceilings (6.5ft) in the Kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

If you have not stayed at Ocean Lakes Campground before, please familiarize yourself with them before booking.

** Families only, guests must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental period.
