Grew up in the Bay Area and always loved the Monterey Peninsula
Margaret purchased this House in 2004
Why Margaret chose Pacific Grove
Love the history of this house (built in 1908) and the location just could not have been better. We love spending time in PG and just parking the car for the weekend. So much to do and so relaxing at the same time.
What makes this House unique
Close to everything. Long history

Highly recommend this property! Great location in Pacific Grove, very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very comfortable home; wonderful fireplaces inside and out, kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook a meal, high tech with nest heater and sonos sound system throughout home. The best was the steam shower! Comfortable beds...pillows a little firm for my taste but otherwise comfortable, quiet sleep. All in all a great, clean and comfortable stay! Highly recommend!
Pacific Grove Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Pacific Grove rental. The location can't be beat and the home offered all of the amenities necessary for a great weekend trip. We would definitely rent again.
A walk a way from everything
Great location, quiet neighborhood where you can just relax and go away!
Central Coast Getaway
Great home in a perfect little community. Walkable to point and restaurants. Home is nicely furnished and well appointed. Would absolutely recommend host and property manager as great communicators. Would love to return.
Cozy, Fancy, very clean place.
It is a perfect for the relaxing vacation.
Loved the house, neighbors were jerks but they just don't like renters generally.
