Very simple residence "Christiania". In the centre, 50 m from the skiing area. In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 50 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du milieu 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Christiania 2 Tbel", 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the upper ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Very simple furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds (80 cm, length 185 cm), cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Appartement très vieux

L'appartement était idéalement situé mais il est vraiment très vieux. Il n'y a pas de hotte de ventilation dans la cuisine. Le lit du haut n'avait pas de barrière, on peut tomber. Pas d'eau chaude au lavabo de la sdb et des odeurs d'égoûts remontaient par le lavabo. Il n'y a pas de support de douche en dessus de la tête, nous mettions de l'eau partout en se douchant. Ayant loué énormément d'appartement par le passé, celui-ce était le moins bien de tous. Mérite des travaux.

Ganz nah zum Skilift, sauber, schlecht isoliert: phonisch und auch für die Heizung, die muss voll laufen, um warm zu haben. Im zentrum von Dorf: schnell zum einkaufen, Bäckerei sogar im Haus, WLAN funktioniert gut. Kein Parkplatz und das Parken im Dorf ist teuer. Braucht eine Erfrischung.

Wird als Nichtraucherwohnung inseriert

Obwohl die Wohnung als NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG inseriert wird, ist abgestandener Zigarettenrauch zu riechen (wohl aus Duvet/Kissen/Matraze) - sehr unangenehm. Die Wohnung ist für Skiferien sehr gut gelegen.
