-PRIMARY RENTERS MUST BE 40+ YEARS OF AGE.

-There is a mandatory CITY OF INDIAN WELLS TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (tot) of (12.25%) and a TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (TBID) TAX of (1%) that will be collected in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning.

ALSO: If you are found to be in violation of the occupancy (4 guests total) or the noise rules, you will be fined $250 per night of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
I just wanted to mention that we are a beautiful, small and quiet community. Any parties or loud music will draw complaints from the neighbors and jeopardize our VRBO eligibility. If you have no issues with that, we would love to host you.
