Mediocre place to stay at best

The place was large to fit our needs and great location. The house itself however was old with very little updating inside, popcorn ceiling plaster peeling off ceilings, downstairs bathroom smelled extremely musty, kitchen fire alarm goes off every time you cook or use the toaster, broken blinds, broken curtains, stained ceilings, just to name a few issues, broken chair on outside deck, 1 mini split air conditioning unit for all 4 floors. The place meets your needs as far as a place to sleep while on vacation and can fit a large family. Great location just 3 minutes from story land. However if your looking for something luxury or updated look elsewhere

The AC setup is typical for New England homes, and the musty smell you noticed can often be quickly alleviated by opening a window to allow fresh air in. Mediocre place to stay at best

The place is large and has a lot of sleeping areas for a large family or families. Great location, only a few min from Storyland. However if you’re looking for luxury and an updated place to stay, look elsewhere. Place was older and very little updating throughout the home. A few issues were: old popcorn ceilings that had peeling plaster, main floor bathroom smelled very musty, areas of ceiling were stained, broken blinds and curtains throughout the home including the front door, only 1 mini split ac for 4 floors, and fire alarm placement in the kitchen causes it to go off whenever you cook or use the toaster. The place fits basic needs for a place to sleep, if that’s all you’re looking for.

Great location, great place to stay!

This condo is very nice! My family and I had a lovely stay! We stayed so we could go to Storyland, which is a very short drive from the condo! Everything was clean, and we had no problems. The stairs going up to the twin beds on the top floor are steep, but my kids (ages 2-11) handled them fine. The only downside was that the king size bed is much harder than what we’re used to, but that is a matter of preference. We definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

Family ski trip

Our family of 5 stayed here for a three day ski trip. Location was great for Cranmore and Attitash. Condo was very clean and had plenty if space. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, laundry and plenty of bathrooms. My only two concerns were the bunk beds did not seem to be too sturdy so I had my kids sleep on the bottom. The stairs going up to the fourth floor were a bit dangerous for smaller children. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.

A place that feels like home!

My family and I spent 5 nights in this unit mid July 2022. We own property in Bethlehem but enjoy an occasional stay in the eastern white mtns. From the moment we walked in the door here we felt at home. The unit is clean and well appointed. It’s so inviting! Everything about our stay was easy and straight forward. Our only constructive feedback pertains to the AC. There is a single Mitsubishi unit servicing four floors of condo. When we arrived it was off and it took more than 20 hours for the unit to be comfortable given the high temperatures. When feasible we recommend turning on the AC at least 8’hours prior to arrival of your renters!

Poor experience, ok place, great location, tons of space

Overall, this place could have been a 4/5, but the unit was unclean when I arrived and management was not very helpful in resolving so my overall experience is not positive and I cannot justify giving Vacasa my business in the future. To cover the positives, the place has a ton of space for the price, is close to great hiking and easy to get to anything you need in North Conway. Beyond that, the place is not in great shape with exception of the newly remodelled kitchen. The floors and carpeting throughout the house are filthy, stained and peeling. The couch is stained and filthy as well. The unit has strong odors that remain even with open windows, fans and candles for days. Ceilings have water damage. The bathroom floors are peeling up in the corners and have collected tons of dirt and grime. In addition to the generally poor state of the unit, the floors, rugs and some of the furniture were covered in debris upon arrival. The sheets and towels were also covered in small particles - dead bugs, hairs, etc. This is where management failed to respond effectively in a timely manner. I arrived late Friday night, reached out first thing Saturday morning about the cleanliness of the unit and repeatedly contacted support throughout Saturday and Sunday until a cleaning crew arrived with no heads up or communication - just showed up. Upon further inspection, the debris appeared to be due to squirrels, but pest control was never involved during my stay despite mentioning this so I had to assume there was either a nest or access from the outside. Very disappointing experience and cannot recommend this place or Vacasa for these reasons.

Great getaway!

My fiancé and I rented this place last year, for the two of us. We decided to bring the family this time. We had a five year old, a 16 yr old and two 17 yr olds. There was plenty of room for everyone and it’s centrally located for lots of adventures. The new kitchen was a pleasant surprise! The kids loved the pool and tennis court, they even have a couple rackets and balls at the house. Would definitely recommend this place and plan on visiting again!

Beautiful spot!

Loved the location to storyland and everywhere else! Lovely green space to play in and beautifully updated kitchen which was a pleasant surprise! Floors shake when walking though and noise carried through very easily. Overall loved our stay and would go back again!

Summer Mt Washington Getaway

Spacious townhouse, well stocked with amenities and in close proximity to Mt Washington, great hiking trails and 20 min from N Conway. Clean but a little tired. With many twin beds in the basement and loft, could accommodate many more. With only one A/C unit on top floor, it was a little toasty on 4 hot nights, but the many fans helped. Probably great for larger families during ski season.

Great week in the mountains

Very comfortable home for a family vacation. The location was convenient to get to some great hiking. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances have been recently updated. The weather cooperated and we got to sit out on the porch. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Very clean and spacious home. It was well stocked will all the amenities you would need or want. My only critique is that in the winter, the temperature regulation of the home was a bit tricky. There are independent heating units (separate from the thermostat) through out the home, so getting to a comfortable temperature was difficult (ie: it was too hot or too cold, especially in the loft area). Once we worked that out, it was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall ok but there were a few problems

Overall we had a good time. When we arrived the unit was so hot. It was 95 degrees outside and no AC was left on so it was hot well into the night until the AC finally started to get things cooled off. My suggestion would be to clean the inside of the AC unit so it is more efficient. A use of a pool was advertised. We were told there was a key in the front of a binder. No binder was left for us. I called the property manager and was told they would call me back. I got no call back and I called again the next morning. I was told the key was in a different lock box to the pool and I was given the code. I was able to get that key and brought my 7 year old to the pool and that key did not work. Needless to say I had very upset kids and we never were given access to the pool that was advertised. Not sure what the miscommunication was. Otherwise this would be a great rental if some of those key details were paid attention to.

Great location

The location is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The condo was clean, after a few hiccups. My girls loved the loft! Lots of room for all 8 of us. It does need a few upgrades: neither upstairs bathroom fans work and the flooring is starting to peel up. The master bed is as hard as a brick! We did have a great vacation but my husband wouldn’t go back because of the hard bed.

Clean and Spacious

Very clean and spacious. I loved how quiet it was, but how close to plenty of fun and excitement. We didn't realize how steep the loft stairs were until we got there, so we didn't let our little kids sleep up there. Still plenty of room and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The condos (we rent both #37 and #27) are in good condition in a very quite and convenient neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. It 's location is great for group and family hiking in the white mountains. We would not hesitant to rent these condos again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed out stay at the property. Very clean and convenient. Only concerns was the flight of stairs that goes all the way up 4th level are extremely steep. We had 4 toddlers with us and was a total chaos keeping them aways from climbing up and down.

Great Location

Easy access to major ski resorts. Enjoyed having multiple living levels and lots of bathrooms. Townhouse was large! Parking lot was a little icy leading to the stairs but we managed.
