Perfectly located for winter adventures, this cozy and private mountain retreat sits just steps from Stonehurst Manor, 3 minutes to North Conway Village, 5 minutes to Cranmore, and 10 minutes to Attitash. Best of both worlds...quiet and cozy + close to all the action!

After a day on the slopes, come home to a spacious, well appointed condo tucked into the quiet woods. The layout is ideal for families or two groups traveling together, with three bedrooms plus a loft, two and a half baths, and a large open living area centered around a warm gas fireplace. Enjoy morning coffee or fresh snow views from the front and back decks, with parking for up to three vehicles.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, Roku TVs for streaming, fast WiFi, washer and dryer, air purifiers, and fireplace. Fresh linens, bath towels, essential amenities, and a detailed Welcome Book with local tips are all provided.

Step outside to Whitaker Woods trails for winter walks, snowshoeing, cross country skiing or unwind nearby at Stonehurst Manor’s Library Lounge, cocktail bar, or gourmet dining. You are also minutes from tax free outlet shopping, restaurants, and everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed everything about this property from the beginning to end of our vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. The property was well equipped and extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. We are looking forward to going back soon! The grandchildren loved the loft!

Great vacation

Great Place

We traveled from California to meet family and go leaf peeping and the Fryeburg fair. This listing was a perfect place to meet. It was well represented and the owners were great to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo, Five Stars!

Tom and Tracey's condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children! Plenty of space to spread out, and the kids LOVED the loft! Our hosts were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to charge our plug-in hybrid. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

Friends visitin from the south who had never been to NH/ Showing them the White Mountains and all its beauty from this ideal spot close to everything yet peaceful and quietafter a busy day!This condo was so well stockedwith basic everyday needs-didnt have to buy coffee filters, paper towels, condiments even laundry soap--much appreciated this! Owners couldn' have t been more helpful and responsive-again, this is much appreciated!

clean and cozy and perfect

We were only up for a quick weekend, but found this rental to be perfect for short or longer stays. Plenty of room to hangout or retreat to your room for some quiet time. It was very clean with new amenities. The location was perfect, just outside downtown north conway. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question or request I had before and throughout the stay.Kids alreay asked if we could rent it again!

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

We spent 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenagers (well my son is 12 but he would like to be a teenager). The unit was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The loft also has 2 beds and my son chose to sleep up there because it was a cool space to hang out in. It is very conveniently located for all the attractions in the area. It was a great stay.

Great place: Perfect for families

We love this place. We have stayed here many times before---it feels like a second home. It is clean, quiet, cozy, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of room for everyone to get ready and get out the door in the morning, and it provides a comfortable place to hang out and play games at night. The kitchen has all the supplies needed for making dinner at home if we don't feel like eating out.

Perfect for our Group

Our group stays for a long weekend in North Conway every winter. S’No Problem is the first place we’re excited to book again! It has all the important things; extremely clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couches with adequate seating, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is central and very quiet. Don’t forget to get a drink at the beautiful and cozy Stonehurst Manor!

A great spot for two families

We had a wonderful time over New Years with two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The older kids enjoyed having the loft bedroom to themselves, and the younger kids stayed in the room closer to the parents. A well-equipped play kitchen was a fun surprise for the little kids, and a well-equipped real kitchen was enjoyed by the adults. The living spaces were very comfy and had enough room for all of us, and the whole place was very clean. Views of Mt Washington from the front of the inn were a great bonus!

Yes, it definitely is "Simply the Best"

Our third year staying here & once again it was everything we asked for & more. The weather was cool & rainy most of the week, but the condo is a wonderful place to relax with a book & stay dry even during miserable weather. Location is perfect, just outside of town center, but close to the main road & area activities. Jay & Linda are great owners who were very attentive to our needs, and easy to work with. Can't wait to go again.

Close to Everything

We went to North Conway to enjoy the fall foliage. We were looking for a location that was close to the downtown area while having access to other attractions. It fit the bill perfectly. We photographed Cathedral Ledge, Stone Manor, Echo Lake, the downtown area, local Churches, Farms/Barns, etc. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and the house was perfectly clean. We will stay there on our next visit to the area, for sure!

Five Stars. Stop Searching and Book This One.

Wonderful place to stay with our family of two adults and four boys. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and plenty of common space to hang out. Great kitchen. We stayed in January and the heat worked great. Communication with/from the hosts was excellent. They were very available and responsive from booking to check-out. They really went above and beyond to make our stay a special time for our family's winter getaway.

Definitely S’No Problem

This condo has recently changed owners. We rented from Jay and Linda in 2022, and we were quite please with the accommodations. Have no fear about renting from the new owners Tom and Tracey. The condo hasn’t changed, but Tom and Tracey are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Hope to do it again in 2024

An added bonus is the famous Stonehurst Manor which features a cozy fireplaced Library Lounge for cocktails and luxurious dining within walking distance of our condo retreat. The Manor offers great pizzas to go as well! This condo really is the best in the area and the number of guests that return each year and refer us to their friends and families serves as a testimonial to that fact. We have dozens of 5-star reviews on our property indicating the level of satisfaction our guests experience while staying at our vacation retreat. Unique and comfortable, ours is a home away from home for anyone visiting the Mount Washington Valley area. It is important to us that our visitors depart here with smiles and lasting fond memories.
