207 Heaven is a peaceful year-round waterfront retreat with stunning sunset views of Whetstone Pond, bright windows, spacious rooms, and a screened in porch overlooking the water. There is no better place for family & friends to gather to enjoy all Maine has to offer as it has 6 bedrooms and an open concept fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. This home is in a perfect location allowing you to enjoy the solitude of Maine while also being close enough to the Greenville/Moosehead Lake Region to enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as white water rafting, hiking, and guided tours. If you enjoy ATVing and snowmobiling the boat ramp and major snowmobile and ATV trails are located within walking distance from the property. Or finally, just stay in and relish waking up to breathtaking views, quiet mornings while sipping your coffee on the screened in porch, listening to the call of the loons, swimming and kayaking in the crystal clear lake with sandy bottom, and barbequing in the yard. This home is sure to offer a memorable vacation for you and your guests!

Please note this home is not infant/toddler proof! Whetstone pond does not allow ice fishing, but the neighboring ponds close by do. There is plenty of room in the driveway for parking your trailers, trucks and snowmobiles. There are heat pumps providing A/C and heat to home in addition to a pellet stove which may be used in winters. A fire pit is outside and available for use on the property.

No pets allowed at this property. If pets are brought to the property you will be asked to leave the property immediately. No more guests allowed then the number of guests approved during your booking unless owner is informed or there will be additional charges incurred. No parties or events allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.

***There are 5 single person kayaks, 2 tandem kayaks, a canoe pedal boat, and 3 paddle boards for renters to use at their own risk. There are 6 adult life jackets, 4 youth and 8 kids life jackets also available for renters to use.

There is no cable TV, but you may stream movies and/or TV shows via apps like Netflix, Hulu etc. There is fiber speed internet.

Renters will be responsible for paying for any damages to the property and/or lost/stolen items from the property incurred during their stay. By booking this reservation you are agreeing to our House Rules & Vacation Rental Liability Waiver posted in the Rental Agreements section.

Great Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful, spacious location on the water. We were looking for a quiet getaway with friends and our kids and this was just the spot. Owner was quick to respond with any info needed. Lovely place, we would highly recommend!

Wonderful Winter Getaway!!

My family had such an incredible time at 207 Heaven! We spent our mornings drinking coffee and cooking breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, explored the area and went ice fishing during the day, then returned home to warm up by the cozy pellet stove, relax, and cook dinner in the evening. It was just what the doctor ordered. The house was beautifully cleaned, well decorated, and had all that we needed. Courtney was absolutely wonderful and we are so looking forward to another trip to 207 Heaven! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Truly a heavenly vacation!

We stayed at 207 Heaven for our first extended family vacation and we couldn't have picked a better place! The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, there were plenty of bedrooms that were super comfy and the view was absolutely to die for. We spent our days swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, resting on the porch, and playing ping pong in the basement. This house had everything we could think of and more! The kitchen is very well stocked with a huge supply of spices. Everything was provided and the hosts were AMAZING with communication! Nobody wanted to leave when our week's vacation was done. We would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful and immaculately maintained home. Furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a great lake vacation. Great yard with direct lake access and some of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. We traveled with a group that included 6 adults and 5 kids. It had ample space to fit us all comfortably! Very close to some excellent hiking trails as well. Courtney was an amazing host. Very detailed and quick and helpful to respond to any questions or concerns. If you want a great lake getaway in beautiful central Maine, this is the spot! Thanks again!

This is an incredible property with fun for the whole family. More than enough room throughout with all the amenities one could ask for. Screened in porch with a lakeside view is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing times outside free from bugs. The kayaks and paddle boards allow for comfortable exploring of the majestic Whitstone lake. Make dinner in the beautiful open kitchen or grill on the barbecue downstairs. And the fire pit is the perfect place for evening gatherings. A+++

Amazing

From start to finish I’ve been nothing but pleasantly surprised by the experience at this property. The house is huge and has spectacular views of the pond with easy access. They had plenty of kayaks for everyone and we brought 2 more SUP’s for quiet paddles on the pond. The pond water was super clear and refreshing, albeit a little shallow close to the dock. We saw amazing sunsets over the water and incredible star lit nights. The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. WiFi and cell service was a little spotty but who the hell wants that in this beautiful place anyway?!? :) Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and tons of spices which was appreciated. If you want something to do locally, I’d recommend the Big Wilson falls trail and the hike up to the peak of Borestone Mountain. Did I mention ping pong?!? This place is a winner!

50th anniversary celebration

Great place to have my brother's family and mine celebrate with our parents for their 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for all of us. The waterfront was clean and sandy. Everyone loved the kayaks and paddleboard. Screened in deck was used a lot also.

Beautiful!

We booked this house to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday along with my mom, 3 sisters, our significant others, and my niece. It was truly the perfect home! We loved being able to eat dinner together at the large family style table, enjoy our morning coffee on the deck, hang by the pond, and launch our boat at the boat ramp next door.
