Séjour entre amis sans enfants

Nous avons passé la semaine du 15 août chez Loic au cap Ferret. Nous étions uniquement des adultes sans enfants. L'arrivée autonome est très pratique , bien que Loic aie été présent pour nous accueillir . La maison quoique simple, est fonctionnelle pour des vacances ( bbq, lave linge , lave vaisselle). Concernant la proximité du restaurant à côté : il est très important de noter que la maison est collée à la terrasse du restaurant . Celui ci n'ouvre que le soir , mais le bruit occasionné peut être très fort et empêcher les conversations sur la terrasse de la maison . Cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions sans enfants et absents le soir , mais en saison , il ne faut pas s'attendre au calme absolu en soirée ! La localisation est parfaite , à deux pas de tout . La communication avec Loïc a été très bonne . Je recommande vivement cette location pour les personnes qui ne seraient pas incommodées par le bruit en saison estivale . Merci encore Loic

Dreckig und laut

Das Haus entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Total verdreckt, verschimmelte Duschen und verrostete Möbel, Plastikrasen, Toilette läuft aus. Es befinden sich direkt neben einem Restaurant (Nachbarhaus), so dass es Abends und auch morgens ab 9:00 laut ist und zudem nach Küche riecht. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach CF, noch nie so ein Haus für diesen Preis gehabt.

Après deux ans d'activité, soit une soixantaine de locations, obtenir selon les sites des notations entre 4.4 et 4.75 sur 5, assorties d'un classement 3 étoiles par un organisme habilité confirme, il me semble, que la maison n'est nullement dans l'état déplorable que vous indiquez. En revanche, nous pouvons parler de votre souhait affirmé de rentrer dans les lieux à 14h pour un bail à 16h, de votre menace de laisser une note honteuse si nous ne vous remboursions pas la moitié du loyer (menace que vous avez mis à exécution), de votre décision unilatérale de quitter les lieux à 13h au lieu des 10h du bail pour finalement partir à 11h sans que nous ne nous croisions alors que nous vous avions accordé ce délai supplémentaire ; enfin, du temps passé à nettoyer la porcherie que vous aviez laissée (torchons noires de crasses, cuisine pleine de graisse, détritus multiples au sol, jusqu'aux capsules de bières sur le sol des WC, casses multiples...). Au plaisir de ne plus vous accueillir !

Superbe hébergement ! Notre hôte Loïc a été efficace et très arrangeant. Accueil bien organisée. La maison et l'annexe sont agréables et bien équipées. Cuisine spacieuse et jolie véranda ! Escapade au cap ferret

Un super week-end! Une charmante maison, dans un petit quartier de pêcheur en bord de bassin. Le phare du cap ferret a seulement quelque mètres, des cabanes à huîtres, c’était parfait. Entre amis, nous avons adoré et nous recommandons vivement !!!
