Well-maintained 22m² studio for 3 to 4 guests, located on the 3rd floor of the Vanguard residence, with a balcony offering a mountain view.
The studio includes an entrance with storage closet, and a bathroom with toilet.
The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a top fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, raclette grill, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

One Rapido sofa bed (140x190 cm) for 2 people
One BZ sofa bed (140x190 cm)
Flat-screen TV.
The living room opens onto a balcony with a magnificent view of the Maurienne mountains.
Electric roller shutters.
The apartment comes with 2 double duvets – please bring your own bed linens accordingly.
Free access to the heated swimming pool during your stay (for guests over 3 years old).
