We are offering this charming studio apartment for rent in the town of Villarembert. Renovated in 2021, it is located in the "Antarès" residence with mountain views, a ski resort within walking distance, and a spa with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna nearby. Located on the 1st floor (with lift) and accommodating 2 guests, it consists of a lovely 18 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette and a shower room. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - An 18 m² living room with flat-screen TV, foldaway bed (140×190), storage space and dining area. - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob, Senseo pod coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: raclette machine, fondue set, blender, iron.

The residence:
The 3-storey semi-detached "Antarès" residence is located in the centre of the Corbiers ski resort, 50 metres from the slopes. Within the residence you will find:
- A swimming pool (heated, 25×12 m, depth 90 to 200 cm) open during the season from 16 December to 16 April and from 1 July to 31 August, between 10:00 and 19:00.
- A cellar for storing suitcases and/or skis.

The apartment is ideally located in the Cybelles ski area, which has a total of 310 km of ski slopes in Le Corbier/Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a bakery, and more.

Nearby: - Sybelles Express chairlift 50 metres away. - Ski school 40 metres away. - Shops 20 metres away. - Grocery store 20 metres away. - Toboggan run 40 metres away.

Activities: - There are many activities available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flying, toboggan runs, dog sled rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, etc.

Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house in the public car park 20 metres away. For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus: free bus in winter serving the entire resort and free tourist train in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station, 15 km away (25 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport, 175 km away (2 hours 5 minutes by car).

Other comments: - The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are not contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort. - Sheets and towels included, bed made on arrival. - Free Wi-Fi available.
