This property is very spacious and open. While there are antiques accenting the house, this property comes with all new bedding and all new appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and washer and dryer.) This property has been recently updated and the bathrooms have been totally renovated. One bathroom has a soaker tub and the other bathroom has a walk in shower.

This was a great experience. The host were wonderful from the fresh cinnamon rolls, fresh flowers on the counter. Open communication. Probably one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back, five stars all around.

Hannah, it was a joy to host you and your family. We look forward to your staying with us again!
We lost electricity the 1st night as a tree had fallen on powerlines. Terry rushed over with candles and to check on us within minutes. All said, the house is in a great location for restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores, etc. If and when we attend another Ole Miss game, we will definitely check this place out for availability.
Wonderful hosts. They did everything to make our stay comfortable even fresh flowers. They also were great at communicating. The home was very comfortable and plenty of room.

Thank you again for staying with us. Enjoy your travels!!
The home was wonderful and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was very clean with many extras provided, such as bath toiletries and even a pan of fresh baked cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. We would love another stay next time our family is in Tupelo.
Absolutely pleased with this charmingly decorated, wonderful home. Updated in all the right places, clean, comfortable, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Stayed here for a swim tournament with our teens, located close to the facility and downtown. Would stay again!
Our stay was wonderful at The Heights! The house had everything we could have possibly needed! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into this home. From the cinnamon rolls to the charcuterie pack to the juice & coffee...everything was great! Also loved the fresh flowers! If we find ourselves back in Tupelo, we will definitely stay here!
This was a fabulous property. Terry and Marla were fabulous hosts and spare no effort in ensuring the stay is memorable. The location to the Aquatic Center was great. We loved the neighborhood and the house was perfect.

Terry has a great property ! Everything you see online is accurate. We stayed here 3 nights to attend an Ole Miss game in Oxford. Would book again in the future. Also, just wanted to say all beds were comfortable. Thanks Terry
We spent 3 nights here and it was perfection!! As an elvis fan i loved the decor and the city of tupelo! The house was so cute and had lots of room. The beds were comfortable , every room had a tv,and there was a huge really cool tub in one bathroom. Front yard and back yard had lots of room for our doodle to roam. I cant say enough about the host . The picture of what it means to go above and beyond! We had fresh flowers, cinnamon rolls and snacks in the fridge. Terry always responded very quickly also if we had a question. Overall, the perfect stay!

Alania and Howard were exceptional guests!! We are so grateful they chose to stay with us!! They and their fur baby are welcome anytime!!
This was a great experience for my family and I. Very clean. Thoughtful details. Awesome rolls. Fun towel creation on beds, just like a cruise. Great location. Clear communication with the owners. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for caring so well.
Fabulous experience! Our host was so welcoming and responsive. Home was so clean and filled with decorators touches - you can tell they love this house. Not many rentals do the extra touches that make me, as a renter, feel special - towel animals, brownies, fresh flowers- so appreciated by our family. These extras really added to the experience. Wonderful stay and Wonderful host!
My family and I had such a great time staying in this house in Tupelo. The location is ideal for the area. Quick to get to several different antique shops, lots of hiking areas close by. The house itself is decorated throughout with Elvis and MS history. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful in every detail! Many towels, extra linens, plenty of soaps, all the essentials. The kitchen was well stocked and several extra treats were left for us, including a pan of cinnamon rolls. The owners are great people! I hope to go back there.
Our stay was so great! My adult children and I enjoyed our stay so much! Way better than a hotel would ever be. As we didn’t think we would be here much to enjoy the home, to attend the wedding festivities, we still were able to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the fire pit and made s’mores 😊. We appreciated the fruit tray and pepperoni cheese and cracker tray as well as the water. The house is immaculate. In a beautiful neighborhood. With the Elvis memorabilia and history of the area as added bonus. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Terry and Marla

We are so glad you could come to stay with us! We know you all were so busy, so we were glad you could relax a bit. Come again any time.
We had a wonderful stay in Tupelo! Checkin was smooth and painless. This newly remodeled house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive to downtown with a huge back yard and plenty of room (plus some!) for our family of four. As soon as you walk in you can tell the owners have gone out of their way to make us comfortable with a huge refrigerator full of waters, coffee, and snacks. The little touches did it for us - plenty of extra towels, velvet hangers, lots of closet space for luggage, a fire pit and grill, hair dryers, legos and puzzles for the kids, and the soaking tub! Any history buff will love staying here with the extensive collection of books and memorabilia - from Elvis, to Native American and black history, to old family farms and more. We felt right at home and had a much needed retreat thanks to this wonderful little history filled cottage.

Great guest. So filled with joy and appreciation. Would have them as our guest anytime!!
Everything presented in the owner's description was 100% accurate. Terry & Marla are fantastic hosts and were eager to make our visit a wonderful one! Everything we needed was right there for us. The home was VERY CLEAN, had plenty of amenities and the warm welcome was a plenty surprise! We opted to have all of our meals in and there was ample cookware and tableware for our group. Should we have opted to eat out there were plenty of options just a mile away. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the highway. Felt safe with security around the property. Appreciated the extra Lysol and Hand Sanitizers around the house. The outside of the home was lovely, had plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors...and the bird houses were an added touch to the beautiful scenery. WE WILL BE BACK!

Thank you ...that was an encouragement...hope all is well
This was my 1st time booking a home for the family, the owner made everything so easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Every bed in the house was comfortable, we had nice, clean white linens in both bathrooms. The kitchen had about everything you need for cooking. It probably wouldn’t hurt to add a set of mixing bowls. We met our 1st great granddaughter while staying and the owner even had a portable baby bed in the closet. We enjoyed having a fire out back, feeding the chickens, watching football, playing dominoes, and cooking up a storm for Thanksgiving. This house is in no way fancy but has everything you need and it feels like HOME from the time you enter the door. The owner was very kind and easy to deal with. He lives right behind the property so it made it nice and convenient if we needed anything.
Check couldn’t have been any smoother. Communication was great. Owners were super friendly and responsive! Neighborhood was quiet and everything was super clean with all amenities you could think of! Highly recommend this home for small family stay in Tupelo!

About the host
Hosted by Terry Ledbetter
We love the City of Tupelo and we love this unique property. We both grew up in a different city but Tupelo has been our home now for more than twenty years. Even as a child, we would come to Tupelo to shop or to dine. Tupelo is rich in history from Elvis to the Chickasaw Nation to Black history.
Why they chose this property
We opened The Heights in December 2020. We just wanted to provide a private home away from home for our guest at a reasonable price.
What makes this property unique
The rolling hills in the back with tons of oak trees make this property a great photo opt for the entire family.
