Start your morning on the front deck with ski hill views and coffee. In the warmer months, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner outside, or unwind on the back deck under Aspen trees. Inside, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether that means gathering together or spreading out.

You are just four flat, walkable blocks from Steamboat Ski Resort, and about 50 feet from the free city shuttle stop, making it easy to get to the slopes, downtown, or anywhere in town without needing to drive.

From skiing Champagne Powder® to soaking in hot springs in the winter to hiking, golfing, pickle balling, or lazy river days in the summer. Enjoy Steamboat’s year-round signature events like Music Fest, Run Rabbit Run, Steamboat Gravel, Food and Wine, and the Hot Air Balloon Festival.

Bathroom Amenities: Malin + Goetz face wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in each bathroom. Each room has a hair dryer, cotton balls, cotton pads, and Q-Tips.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome and we have made it easy to travel with them.

Dog bed, toys, treats, food and water bowls, and a blanket for lounging.



$50 per dog, per day with a maximum of 2 dogs.



Unregistered dogs, more than 2 dogs, and other animals will result in a $1,000 fine.







HOUSE GUIDELINES

No smoking of any kind inside or around the home (including decks). $1,000 fine.



No parties or large gatherings. $1,000 fine + damages



Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to respect neighbors.







TECH & SAFETY

Exterior cameras include a doorbell, driveway, and back deck.



A privacy-safe noise monitor tracks volume levels only and does not record conversations.







PARKING

Park up to 4 cars - 2 inside the garage or 2 directly in front of the garage.



Avoid parking in neighboring or restricted spots, as the community enforces this strictly.
