THE SPACE

The property has two primary bedrooms, both with king beds and full bathrooms en suite, as well as a third bedroom featuring custom built bunk beds that sleep 5 (4 in single twin bunks, plus 1 in a trundle.) This residence sleeps 9 in beds, making it an ideal set up for a large group or two families traveling together. Each bedroom features a large window, ample storage space, and a TV equipped with ROKU and Xfinity cable.


A 70" Smart TV in the great room, as well as a cabinet filled with games, cards and art supplies, will keep you entertained when you come in from the slopes. Enjoy the natural light from your large living room windows or sip coffee outside while taking in the fresh mountain air on your private, ground-floor patio, just steps away from the condo amenities including the heated pool, hot tub, gym and seasonal tennis court.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The first primary bedroom is conveniently situated off the great room and has a king bed and a 55" Smart TV, as well as ample storage space for your belongings between two guest closets and a large dresser . A spacious en suite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower and soaker bathtub.


The second primary bedroom also has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a stylishly-updated full bath. This bedroom has a 40" Smart TV in addition to a large guest closet and small dresser for guest use.


The third bedroom features custom-built bunk beds, each with its own reading light. This room has a trundle bed that rolls out, sleeping a total of 5 in twin beds. There is a 45" TV in this room, as well as a large guest closet and a dresser. Across the hall is a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower.


THE AMENITIES

This residence includes complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer-dryer, and assigned covered parking for one car with an additional uncovered parking for a second car on a first-come, first-serve basis. All bathrooms are stocked with Kerastase hair products and the second primary bathroom also has Honest bath products for kids.


Outside the unit and a few paces down the hall, there are spacious, private ski lockers for your skis or fishing poles that lock your gear with your condo key. Access the slopes by walking across the parking lot to drop into the ski trail maintained by the condo association, which loops into the Right-O-Way ski run. Or, if you prefer, take the shuttle which runs every 30 minutes during ski season from the parking lot to the Gondola Transit Center. The Right-O-Way green run converts into a hiking/biking path in the summers, making this location a perfect playground all year round.


You are steps away from the condo amenities, including a large outdoor heated pool, salt water hot tub, gym, sauna, and seasonal tennis/pickle ball court (with pickle ball racquets available for your use.) The pool is heated to around 90 degrees in the winter and makes for a delightful après-ski experience. Please note the amenities facilities are closed for a short period of time during shoulder season, typically from April 15 until the Friday before Memorial Day and from Oct 1 until Thanksgiving. The amenities are open the entire ski season and again in the summer, typically from Memorial Day weekend until October 1.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Please note there is no air conditioning in this unit, as is typical in many Steamboat homes. Ceiling fans in the two primary bedrooms will keep you cool in the summer. Please also note that bear and moose frequent the area, so familiarizing yourself with mountain safety with respect to wildlife is advised.
