We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming apartment directed South, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 20 m ², of an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful room, a shower-room and a loggia. Wifi, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, electric coffee maker...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A loggia of 4 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a residence in edge of sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities: walks or bike rides on the coast, walk along the marina, tennis, horse riding club, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, circular cinema Arromanche 360, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum in Courseulles-sur-Mer...
We advise you to go to the very beautiful market which is in the center of Courseulles-sur-Mer , on Tuesday and Friday.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located at 22 km (32 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located 22 km away (30 minutes by car).
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Wifi.
- Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost upon request to the concierge. Sheets: 15 € / bed; towels: 6 € / person; tea towel: 2 € / unit; bath mat: 3 € / unit.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Terres de Nacre (concierge / housekeeping service).
