Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Prescott, Arizona! Our property boasts some of the most breathtaking views in town which you will enjoy from a spacious and well-appointed home less than 5 minutes from downtown! Bring the whole family (and a few friends) because our home comfortably sleeps 9 adults and one infant/toddler (in a full-size crib). This is our family’s second home and gathering space, so you can be confident that everything from the sparkling clean kitchen to the park-like yard and garden has been lovingly taken care of for each and every guest we host.
Our home offers something for everybody in the family – a gorgeous setting all will appreciate, a full kitchen for the chefs, a hot tub and outdoor bar set-up for the laid-back travelers, a poker room for the game lovers, and much more. All of our beds are real beds (so, no cots or sofa beds wedged into a corner) and the 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10: master (1 King); upstairs bedroom (1 Twin, 1 crib/toddler bed); downstairs bedroom (1 Queen); downstairs bedroom (2 Full beds). Decorative and comfortable bedding and linens await you. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized high-end appliances, plenty of seating, and cookware/bake-wear/serve-wear for a special/celebratory meal. There is also a laundry room, extra parking/garage space available (please inquire), and did I mention the 2 outdoor living spaces (deck with seating upstairs, hot tub patio space downstairs)? The home is also child-proofed for those with small children, so there are safety gates on the inside and outside stairs as well as a toddler-potty seat in one bathroom (plus toys/games to keep them entertained!). If you need additional toys, a high-chair, or a pack-and-play, we are happy to leave these items upon request. Three full bathrooms (master: stand-up shower; upstairs: full shower/bath combo; downstairs: full shower/bath combo) ensure that everyone will be comfortable during your stay. High-speed internet is available for the workaholics and those who wish to stream their entertainment. And if you lose your shirt in our poker room, don’t worry, we have board games too, plus all televisions (3) are equipped with a Roku device so you can easily login to your favorite apps. Your Paradise in Prescott awaits you!

Thanksgiving Family Stay

The property was a perfect location for visiting our family in Prescott at Thanksgiving. Beautiful views and plentiful amenities made for a great stay. We’d stay again!

Family vacation

This was our second stay here. Love the location, the house is so comfortable with a beautiful view. It is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will be back again

This rental is very clean and family friendly. It is 2 conveniently located.

My daughters college graduation brought us to this rental which was a great fit for us. We enjoyed our morning and night views of the city. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Bachelorette weekend

The house is darling and decorated with style, meticulously clean and the view is gorgeous. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi each night. This is a perfect family getaway, very kid friendly and the host was accommodating and considerate.

Fantastic Kitchen and Views

We so pleased with with this VRBO. The host was responsive and gave clear directions. The home was well appointed with supplies. The kitchen is large allowing our group to eat and hang out easily. The patios (there are 2) were roomy and the views were amazing. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable!

That view, though!

This house was perfect. We traveled with our littles but it would have been great with any group. The view was unreal. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would love to stay again, anytime!

VIEWS!!

Beautiful home, very very child friendly! Welcoming home. Beautiful view, day and night. The kitchen was our family's favorite place. Huge island we all hung around at. Owners are very accommodating. We highly recommend the Beautiful location. Plenty of room for everyone!

Relaxation in the breezy pines.

A magnificent location with fabulous amenities in a comfy updated environment. Our group of 7 made good use of the outdoor deck with tables, chairs and gas grill. Spectacular view. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to have a meal ready with little effort. We enjoyed the dining table for games and meals.

I would stay again and again! Most of my guest asked for info

Location and view are outstanding. House is charming and beautiful. Floor plan is spacious. Deck is large. Kitchen has great layout for buffet style serving. We had a small family gathering for a lunch after a funeral and it was perfect. Peaceful decorations in the house and with the views, a great place to just relax. Close to downtown so you can get to restaurants, stores or events in the downtown area. We didn't have small kids or babies with us, but the house is perfect for small kids; with a crib, toys and safety features through out the house. Owners are great!! And they own the house next to the one I stayed in, it is a smaller upstairs apartment, so extended people in your party can stay nearby. and is just as cute! (I went in it). I had so many ask me for info about the house after I posted some pics on Facebook, that I posted the link to the house on my Facebook page.

Lovely property for kids

We were so happy to stay here. Lots of toys for our toddler to play with. There were a few places in the property that could use a deep clean (we spotted some cobwebs, etc) but all the toilets/sinks/tubs etc were very clean. There was some major construction (perhaps a new sewer line?) being put in on the street during our stay. However, we wake up early anyway so the construction noise wasn’t a problem for us.

Best VRBO rental ever!

This rental is phenomenal. So many good things to say about our stay. We rented the main house and the guest house/loft. Three stayed there, and 6 adults and 1 yr old baby stayed in main house. This place has everything you could ever need. High chair, crib, pack and play, stroller were all provided, which was so helpful. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers (even travel size shampoo, conditioner and soaps were there if needed). The kitchen is AMAZING, with everything you could need. Cooked our Thanksgiving meal there. The view is spectacular. The host, Diana, was so responsive if we had questions. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Rent! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect place for a family gathering

Our family stayed here for a wedding in Prescott. Three generations all had good experiences here, and we were able to rent the adjacent property for a relative. It was the best place imaginable for a family with a toddler and a preschooler. Our host was so accommodating and furnished useful items and even toys for the young children upon request. The children's room is near the luxurious master bedroom and had a crib and a day bed. Third bathroom is convenient to the living room and places where people gather - and handy for little guys. It even has a toddler seat tucked under the regular toilet seat. Our host furnished a pack n play (portable crib), a high chair, gates to guard the stairs, and several other items that were very useful to parents flying in from out of state. Loan of an insulated cooler helped us take juice and items to keep the little ones going through three days of wedding events. The grands woke up early, and they were absolutely delighted with their pick of toys from the toy room to keep them occupied and engaged while the sun rose and elders sipped coffee. We grandparents are pretty fit, so we chose to put the parents in the master bedroom next to the children and picked a basement room with a very comfortable queen bed and our own bathroom. We thought it might be a challenge to carry our luggage down the narrow stairs, but we had no trouble after that. Access to the downstairs bathroom is through a room with two full beds, so when the kids no longer need a crib, they and their parents would stay down below. The whole place is very clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully supplied - there was even some laundry detergent for the new washer and dryer. There's a card room, a living room upstairs and den downstairs, and even a hot tub just outside. The spacious kitchen and dining areas and the large deck all have views of Granite Mountain and Prescott, and at night the view of the lights and the stars was stunning. What a great place to stay as our family gathered for our son's wedding! We hope to plan another reunion in the future, and this attractive home would be big enough for all of us.

Awesome

This home is amazing. We had 6 people ranging in age from 30 to 70 and all of us had an amazing time. *The view was everything and more that we were anticipating. *The house was so comfortable to be in. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds. *The kitchen is very well stocked and laid out great. The TV selection was great and the internet worked great. *The hot tub was enjoyed in the morning over breakfast and in the evening while having cocktails after cruising the down town area. There is an awesome view of the mountains from the patio deck. There are so many good restaurants it was hard to pick one. Diana the host was amazing in responding quickly to questions. She has the house stocked with everything you could want. We all agreed that this would be on our list to stay at again if we get back to Prescott again. Thank you Diana for sharing your home with us.
