Pros: The location was excellent. We enjoyed being close to great restaurants and our local family members. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group, and the TVs were easy to use.Cons: The host was not very responsive. The third bedroom was disappointing—the window coverings were broken and covered with a blanket which we had to add another chair and towel to block the view of this room that faces the street. It also had a swiveling stool that was being used as a nightstand.Overall, this could be an outstanding Vrbo rental if these issues were addressed. The property has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and more responsive communication from the host.

Prescott stay just as pictured!

I chose this house because I really liked the game room. It was just as pictured and the kids loved it! They learned to play pool and darts. Our host Spencer was great and responded quickly to our request for a crib when we noticed one was not there. He went out and bought us a new pack and play within 45 minutes! That is the kind of host you want! Also everything you could need was provided. Even bandaids! I would love to stay here again!
