This was a very nice place to stay! It was clean, ready on time, and had everything we needed. The only issue we had (and it was really nothing) was when we were checking in and trying to get our stuff on the elevator, it took about 20 minutes to get an elevator. There were alot of people checking in. This is a wonderful place for kids and adults. The lazy river, slide, and splash pad are great for kids. I also loved the bar and grill located right by the splash pad.

Everything we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our family of 5, which included 3 teenaged boys. We never felt crowded anywhere and had easy access to anything we could need. The elevators were fine, not instantaneous access like everyone wants, but we never had a problem getting one. Only complaint is Isaias pushed us out about 18 hours earlier than we had planned, but the condo itself was great!

We loved our stay here! My only gripe is that the indoor pool was so cold, so when the weather was bad we couldn’t stay here to swim. My kids were too cold. The ac was just blasting.Otherwise, everything was perfect. Host was super attentive, condo was amazing and gorgeous. Beds were comfy. 10/10!

It was a great place on the beach but you do not face the beach from this unit. It had great amenities and the communication was great. Easy check in and check out.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and the complex was great! There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go to Alabama again, this is where we will stay!

Awesome Stay

Party of 9 had plenty of space to hang out and all necessary appliances for dining in. The convenience of being steps from the beach and pools made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this Phoenix several times in the past. Love the new addition of the adult pool and covered bbq grills.

Wonderful visit

Lots of room for 8 people to stay & sleep. Each bedroom had its in bathroom plus an extra full bath which was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need more elevators due to the size of the property & volume of people staying @ the Oasis. We realized after getting home that we left a 7 year olds backpack in our condo. Called to ask about it ~ was put on hold ~ hold was ended by someone hanging up. Still have not gotten a call back!! Also was not aware our condo would not be facing the beach ~ was not made clear when choosing a condo.

Great Condo! Ton of amenities

This was our first time at the Phoenix West 2. We have stayed in orange beach for years, but we had never stayed here. Everything was very clean and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay,Perfect sunsets from the balcony.Pool and was great wish we could have done the lazy river but never seemed like a good time and we didn’t know to bring a float because they were limited .

Great Family Location

Great for kids! Pools and lazy river were quite a hit for all the kids. Easy beach access! Great restaurants close by. North facing unit but you can see the sunset from the back porch.
