Leave your worries behind; our rental properties have always offered the standards of cleanliness (e.g. daily maid service) the rest of the world is now needing to emulate. In addition, strictly enforced quarantines all of April and May have helped Akumal be spared of COVID-19, and the locals are still being extra conscientious. No stress either, as we offer unique flexibility right now for our travelers during these hard-to-predict times. Guests will bask in the striking large terrace, which offers clients the most amazing view of the Caribbean Sea ... At night you can see stars, the reflective moon and the lights of the island of Cozumel far across the sea. During the day you can enjoy the spacious shared infinity pool or take a 10-minute walk to the Akumal Bay to swim with turtles, or, a 10 min walk to Half Moon Bay to eat, shop, or snorkel in. It's just a 15 min walk to Yal Ku Lagoon for an unforgettable snorkel adventure with rich jungle landscapes and colorful sea creatures!

This condo includes plenty of towels, sheets, purified water, and plenty of accessories for cooking meals as well as WIFI access to the Internet. Mi Casa Del Mar uniquely offers 24/7 staff on-site - a wonderful comfort when traveling abroad. This condo uses LED lighting, and offers healthy ceramic cookware - special touches good for this beautiful world we live in, and the guests too!

Other things to note
Keeping eco-friendly, this is the only condo in the complex which uses the fresh trade winds to cool the unit vs the chemicals of air conditioning. Fall asleep to the lull of the waves breaking outside. Our ecology-minded guests always find this unit gets plenty of crosswinds to stay fresh and cool even in the warmer summer months and enjoy the added price break as well. Additionally, A6 only has maid service every other day Monday - Saturday, another thing good for Mother Earth, and again, adds great savings on the rental rate for the conscientious guest. There are some small sandy areas on the rocky coastline below the pool and even an inlet to the sea on calm tide days. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking or BBQs allowed. The building has wifi, but due to the concrete walls, signal strength can be weak in places. The lobby has a good signal, sometimes the terraces and each unit has a hot spot or two. The staff can guide you to the hot spots.
