Accommodation: 4PA72 - PORT D'AVALL - FAUBOURG - 300m from the beach and shops, and 600m from the city center. Beautiful apartment equipped for 4 people in a residence with pool (open July/August), tennis and parking space. It consists of a living/dining room with access to the balcony and its fully equipped open kitchen (made in December 2023), two bedrooms (one with a double bed in 140 and the other with two single beds in 90), a bathroom and separate toilet.Private WIFI connection.Air conditioning.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition. The outing household is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if he wishes, apply for a household benefit 72 hours prior to departure (rate communicated on request)You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).We are approved Holiday Cheques.Not suitable for PMRs.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website: www.georisques.gouv.fr The keys are to be picked up at CityGest from 3pm until 5pm.
