Welcome to lake life @Sunset Ridge! This spacious 3-STORY brick house has panoramic views from all 3 LAKESIDE DECKS! This beautiful home easily accommodates 16 of your favorite people.

Setting atop LAKE CUMBERLAND, KY this house is located next to 2 of Lake Cumberland's marinas. A 10 MINUTE drive by road to JAMESTOWN Marina, and Lakers Tap & Grill, live music, boat rentals, fuel and a grocery store. Located 5 minutes across the water is Lake Cumberland State Dock. 5 MINUTES to town and a 10 MINUTE drive to LILY CREEK Boat Ramp.

Sunset Ridge provides quick and easy access to LAKE CUMBERLAND and local hiking and fishing spots. This home includes an open layout with lovely tiger wood floors & family-friendly comfort. Large windows provide lake views and natural lighting.

The upper-level MASTER SUITE #1 includes a king-sized bed (sleeps 2). The attached full bathroom includes a shower and spa tub. A PRIVATE BALCONY with panoramic views is located off of the master suite.

2 additional guest bedrooms #2 and #3 are located on the upper level: 1 KING bed (sleeps 2) and 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A 2nd full bathroom is located on this level with a combination shower/tub.

If climbing stairs is difficult, the entrance-level guest bedroom #4 has yet another QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A half bathroom is located on this level. A 2nd large, GRILL DECK with panoramic views and a Weber GAS GRILL is located off of the kitchen.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows for home cooking with all major appliances, cookware, dishes & utensils. The connected dining space includes an 8 FOOT TABLE that can seat 10 or more people. The breakfast bar provides additional seating.

The lower-level has sleeping space #5 with 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2) and 3 sets of BUNK BEDS (sleeps 6). A full bathroom located on the lower-level includes a shower. The third impressive DECK with amazing views is located on the lower-level.

Located on the banks of Lake Cumberland...bring your boat, your family, and your friends for an amazing week of boating, fishing, hiking, golfing or just relaxing at the edge of Lake Cumberland...while sipping your favorite beverage.

There is parking for 6 vehicles at Sunset Ridge. If additional parking spots are needed, you may use the free lot at Jamestown Marina. There is no access to the inside of the garage. No boat turn around. No extra-person fees.

Due to the steep and rocky shoreline there is no direct lake access from the house.

The house was spacious, I had my college golf team, the rooms were clean, the host was very helpful. The views were incredible, good restaurants nearby. My team and I give it and 11 out of 10. If you are doing anything within an hour, get this property. Plenty of things to do, great collection of games.

Great view with a beautiful Bald Eagle fly by! House had everything! Spent hours on the deck and could have used a bit of shade while waiting on the beautiful sunsets but we had a great time!

We can't say enough about how wonderful this house was. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would need. There is plenty of room for a group of 10 (or more) to either be together or have some private time. With the weather being so nice, we took full advantage of the decks.The view was grand. We watcher the fishing boats on the lake. We saw the eagles fly overhead. And there were some great sunsets.Suzanne was wonderful to work with, very friendly. When we had a small issue, she was right on it. We really didn't want to leave to face reality again.

We loved the view! Everything was very clean, and it had enough beds for us. I liked the bunk bed option in the basement; it was perfect for our group! The kitchen was great and had everything I needed. The appliances were also wonderful; in great condition and were very helpful.

This property overlooks a beautiful view of the lake and is decently close to town and the docks! Our stay here was everything we could’ve hoped for from the clean home to the games provided for guest to play during their stay.

The views were excellent! Sleeping arrangements were good, except for the bedroom on the main level. It did not have a closet, so no one wanted that bedroom. Our stay was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time together. This was a five sibling vacation.

Great stay for Far Flung Friends

We have a a great time staying at the property, which was just as advertised. An incredible view was background for laughs, meals, shared together, and new memories for our group of friends. Could not have asked for more from either the property nor the host.

Continuing my pursuits to get away from it all, I purchased Sunset Ridge in February of 2021. Whether my family and I are spending the day tubing, knee boarding, water skiing, fishing, or simply raft floating in the beautiful jade waters of Lake Cumberland, we look forward to coming back to the house to relax, hang by the fire, grill some eats, roast some marshmallows and play a few games before sleeping that deep sleep you get after having a hard day of play. End the evening right by watching the sun sink below the shores of the lake, all from your choice of 3 spacious decks.
Being the daughter of an elite Army Ranger, I have had an upbringing that has allowed me to live in different states and countries. No matter where my family and I travel, the simple beauty found amongst nature has always been our most memorable adventures. I believe life is about moments...even the mishaps add to the adventure!

I started water skiing when I was in junior high school and many summers were spent on the waters of Lake Cumberland boating and tubing. I grew up and came back with my own family.

Sunset Ridge truly has one of the best views of Lake Cumberland. Set up on the ridge, the 3 large decks have fantastic views that are un-obstructed year-round. All 3 of the large decks are located on the back of the property facing West. The sunset views are breath-taking.
