Studio 90m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, in the heart of the city center with private parking.

Train station at 700m (10 min walk)

Quiet, in a very well maintained residence, the beach 2 minutes, 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops.

All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .



Les Sables d'Olonne, Vendée coast, seaside resort famous for its Vendée Globe.

Studio of 22 m² ideally located.

Close to sailing and surfing schools, 50m from pedestrian streets and shops.

Quietly located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.

Bed linen is provided, towels are not but can be rented from the concierge if needed.

,Jolie appartement au 2eme étage , tres bien Equipé ,beaucoup de rangements , tres propre , extremement bien situé , a deux pas de la plage et des rues piétonnes ,dans une rue tres calme , l'ascenseur et le parking privé sont un gros plus . L'accueil par Dame Françoise était des plus agréable

Excellent emplacement avec tout le confort

Magnifique appartement

Apparemment agencé et décoré avec goût, hyper bien situé car très proche de la plage, des halles et des commerces. A noter le professionnalisme et la disponibilité de Fred qui a su nous faire profiter de notre séjour au maximum.
