Schöne Ferien

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und einem schattenspenden Baum, eine ruhige Lage und trotzdem ziemlich zentral gelegen, es war alles vorhanden, was für eine Selbstversorgung notwendig ist ( sowie z.B Toaster, Wasserkocher usw ) es war genügend Platz für uns ( zwei Personen mit einem Hund) . Bei der Schlüsselübergabe im örtl. Interhome-Büro , wurden uns alle benötigten Unterlagen ausgehändigt . Bemerkung : leider keine Einweisungen für Wifi ( Handyhändling) und das Parkplatz-Tor

Location bien située dans cartier calme. 2 vrais lits (matelas dur) et un cliclac avec matelas, très rare dans le secteur sans que ça soit hors de prix. Bien équipée et disposant d'une place de parking privée (malheureusement en pleine saison un deuxième véhicule sera bien difficile à garer). Points faibles une isolation du bâtiment qui date mais heureusement une climatisation est disponible et pas de connexion internet gratuite.

Je trouve que faire payer une réparation d une vitre qui c brisée malheureusement pendant notre séjour alor que la butée d arrêt qui aurai du teir la fenêtre avent qu'elle vienne se brise sur le radiateur était cassée je trouve sa. Pas très simpa je pansse pas revenir louer de si tôt cordialement m B.

Maison de vacance agréable et spacieuse, qui a été rafraîchie récemment, très bien équipée (table et chaises en terrasse, parasol, couverts, barbecue, climatisation, nombreux rangements, …). Localisation idéale pour aller à la plage, nombreux commerces à proximité. A noter toutefois que la terrasse donne sur une rue assez passante et que la végétation n’est pas encore suffisamment grande pour masquer la terrasse des passants, de plus il n’y a pas de clôture sur la terrasse. Je recommande.

La maison est en cours de rénovation...il serait bien de la louer une fois finie..Le portail extérieur n est plus .une dalle de béton est en construction et les murs intérieurs sont tous humides avec des cloques partout...dommage nous aimons bien cet emplacement mais je demanderai avant de la reprendre si les travaux sont effectués

Belle petite maison, bien agencée et très bien située! Bon chauffage central, très bien aménagée. Points négatifs: Portes et fenêtres très anciennes et donc très mal isolées (Bruit). Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, gut eingerichtet und sehr gute Lage! Gute Zentralheizung und sehr gutausgestattet. Leider: Türen und Fenstern sehr alt und so sehr schlecht isoliert (Lärm)

Schöne, einfach Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung enthält alle nützlichen Dinge, die man für ein paar schöne Tage in Strandnähe benötigt. Vor allem die Terrasse wurde regelmäßig abends von uns genutzt. Ein kleinerer Schaden in der Dusche wurde umgehend repariert. Lediglich die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft sowie der Küche (z.B. Toaster, Kaffee-Maschine) ließ zu wünschen übrig. Hier gibt es auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung für eine Woche Strandurlaub.
