Welcome to your easygoing Outer Banks getaway — just a short walk from the beach within the Sea Dunes resort community in Kitty Hawk.

This updated condo blends bright coastal style with comfort and convenience, creating a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and ready for vacation mode.

Spend your days on the sand and your evenings unwinding indoors or on the balconies with ocean breezes nearby.

Throughout your stay, you’ll also have access to thoughtful extras, along with local recommendations and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!

Quiet time after 10PM

No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.

Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.

No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 6 through the Airbnb resolution center.

Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.

Great Easter get away

We were able to get the family together (including the dog) for Easter. The weather was not the best, but that wasn't why we came. The place was just right for what we were looking for.

Spacious enough for 4 adults. Loved being able to walk to excellent seafood! Beach access was great & clubhouse was awesome for a rainy afternoon. Pool was inviting (a little cold as it just opened for the season) & hot tub was great! Fantastic long weekend 😊

Great place - Fantastic Host

The condo/townhouse was just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, great location and Dave (the owner) was attentive to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is just a 2 minute walk, it is close to restaurants and a short drive from anything you want to do. Dave, thanks for everything and we hope to come back again!

Nice place and close to the beach.

This place has everything it said it had and more. We loved that everything we needed to go to the beach was already there. The only thing we didn't like was all the roaches in the townhouse. The place seriously needs a bug bomb set off.

Outer banks/anniversary

Condo needs some updating, toilet handle broke, had to fix it myself as property mgr. didnt show? Carpet needs to be replaced, Otherwise this is a great location with beach directly across the road a d restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay was amazing! The views from the deck of the ocean were stunning. I didn't realize how close the ocean was until we got there. The host was communicated back to me within minutes after I had asked a question. We already would like to stay here again, hopefully when it is warmer. I highly recommend this place:)

I grew up in the Outer Banks in the 70s and 80s working in the hospitality industry starting at age 12. Since 1990 I have lived elsewhere as an international technology executive and volunteer minister. I've worked and vacationed all over the world but still come back home to my favorite beach.

I love to introduce people to my home town and think it is the best place for a relaxed family vacation. I want to help you any way I can by giving you the best property and expert recommendations from nearly 50 years of OBX experiences. Just ask me to help in any way to have the best vacation and I will do my best!

My goal in life is to "retire" to the OBX and recreate the Anchorage Motel & Cottages my parents owned and operated from 1972-2004 as a "virtual resort" by renting some of the best, affordable, family-oriented properties on the OBX.

This property is centrally located on the OBX with great ocean views! Just a few steps from a restful beach, you get the best of resort living. We keep the property in good shape, comfortable, with all the supplies you need to have a great summer beach week (or weekend in the spring or fall). With 2 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 4 plus there is a pullout sofa for a 5th (or even 6th).

When you rent from us, you are getting a local family with 50 years of hospitality on the Outer Banks. I strive to answer questions as fast as possible, 80% within 5 minutes during business hours and 100% within one day.
