Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Family friendly ground floor unit with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Full sized kitchen and large living room to relax in after your busy day under the Maui sun. Air conditioners in the living room and bedroom for your comfort, as well as a television in the living room and bedroom. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III so you can snorkel, sun bath, or take in the amazing Maui sunsets.

Free Mai Tai's, Hawaiian music and hula dancers every Wednesday afternoon! Take pleasure in the beautifully manicured gardens and ponds. Enjoy the multiple tennis courts, gym, wading pool for children, 2 hot tubs, and fantastic pool to relax in. Close to numerous restaurants or enjoy a round of golf at one of the nearby courses in Wailea. The onsite activities desk will help you plan all the wonderful activities Maui has to offer: surfing, paddle boarding, diving, whale watching, and dinner cruises! Or lounge on the beach with all the gear you need (beach chairs and beach towels). Free Wi-Fi and cable included. Truly a great place to relax.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great time in Maui

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo was is a great location, close to everything; the beach, the turtles, shopping and food.

Romancing the stone

Firs time for may husband and 2nd time for me. We had the best time here in Maui and this condo was great it had everything we needed from dishes to washer and dryer. We will definitely come rent here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay this February. Condo was very quick walk to the beach, everything was as expected. I loved the ground floor room. Living room spacious. We had to get a crib and the bedroom was squishy with a crib in it but if there hadn’t been a crib there would have been lots of room. Also there was a king size bed which was nice.

Well kept. Clean. Bottom floor with walkout back to grass. Well equiped kitchen. Wouldn't allow 1 minute early or 1 minute late check-in or out.

Comfortable and great location

This condo was a great option for a small group or family. I stayed with my 5-year-old and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's on the bottom floor so you don't get the views (other family members were on the fourth floor and the sunsets and sea views were gorgeous) but if you don't mind that, it's a great little spot. The advantage is you can walk straight from the parking lot to the condo and don't have to mess with the elevators, which could be an advantage with small kids, luggage, groceries, etc. The complex itself is beautifully manicured, well-maintained grills, and a nice pool with a smaller pool designated for kids. The warm hot tub for kids is a great feature too.

Relaxing Maui vacation

The condo is small but adequate for two people. We had a few issues upon arrival. An unclean bathroom, a cracked toilet tank, a broken shelf/ bin in refrigerator, ice maker not working and no ice cube trays. Property management addressed our concerns the next day. The doorways into both bathrooms are narrow, not your standard size. The bathrooms could also benefit from a refresh. They are however functional and are as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes, basic cookware and basic utensils. The BBQ area is a very short walk from the lanai. Unfortunately we could not locate BBQ utensils in the condo or at the BBQ area. The furniture throughout the condo has been changed. It is no longer the island decor as was described in the VRBO listing or shown in the listing photos. The furniture however is very nice and comfortable. The only exception is the mattress on the bed. It is too soft with multiple “hills and valleys” from wear. The condo grounds are very well kept and manicured. It was nice to have assigned parking a short distance from the condo.

This is a cozy and super comfortable rental, that is a little dated. It could use some love (replacing the primary bathroom faucet, replacing the tired beach chairs), but that overall we were super impressed with this place and can see ourselves staying here again. We loved how QUIET this unit was. We felt like the only ones in the building! Our family of 3 had plenty of space with the pull out couch. We made good use of the washer/dryer, and loved the walkout area of grass (full of Geckos!) right off the Lanai. It had everything we needed for a family that spends all day at the beach or out exploring, and is in a great location.We come yearly to Kihei, and we think this complex may be our new favorite. The pool area is very nice, it's a super quick walk to Kam 3, and the BBQ areas area all very clean (and one is right around the corner from this unit).Our first day, I commented on how nice the BBQs were, and then they were literally replaced with even nicer brand new units the next day! Love seeing that much love put into the grounds. We're hoping this unit can be our go-to unit whenever we need a one bedroom!

Perfect spot to tour the island from

This is a great option for an affordable Hawaiian getaway. It’s centrally located and close to a great beach town and great beaches, food, and day trips. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and offers the use of the on site benefits of the pool/hot tub/etc. This property is not on the water, but literally across the street from the water. The only downside was that it is on the first floor, and first floor units have the bedroom positioned so the only window faces the parking lot. It’s a strange decision which basically renders your bedroom window useless, but not in any way the owner’s fault. My wife and I would stay here again. Also, the digital lock on the front door is finicky, a couple times we had some trouble getting inside. The one time we couldn’t figure it out the owner quickly reconciled the issue by phone.

Condo facilities were excellent and the resort facilities were well maintained and managed. The location is across the road from Kamaole III Beach, great for swimming.

Generally it was very nice. Had a little trouble with TV, mgmt fixed it, no instruction on different remotes. never figured out how to adjust fans or AC in bedroom. Condo adequately supplied, we could cook and do everything comfortably. Thank you for opening your condo to public

Great location,very clean and well stocked. The place had thoughtful additional items such as Aloe cream for burnt skin, blender and beach chairs. The microfiber beach towels were really fantastic. Uber clean. Thank you!
