Everything was exactly as advertised. Joseph was very accommodating and quick to respond. The location of the house is perfect. Walkable to Main Street but far enough away for a very quiet and relaxing escape. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning with coffee. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great cabin, great location!

Had a great visit. Property was clean, well stocked, and close to all that Fredericksburg had to offer. My 95 year old mother especially enjoyed all the wildlife we could watch out the front window. Will definitely visit again.

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. Cute, comfy and conveniently located to all the fun activities that we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw deer in the yard on the morning of our departure. This place was absolutely perfect. The Manager was professional and concerned with our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which is a must after visiting the Cross in Kerville, museum in Fredericksburg and a winerery in one day... Well worth the day rate.
