28 m² studio for 4 adults and 1 child, located in Résidence Phenix, on the 3rd floor. North-facing balcony with beautiful mountain views.

This eco studio includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, and separate toilet.
The mountain sleeping area is separated by curtains and features 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed for a child, along with large storage closets.
The living area is pleasant, with a trundle bed (sleeps 2), a television, and a kitchen corner separated by a sliding door, equipped with electric hobs and a microwave.
Duvets are provided – please bring your own duvet covers.

Free access to the heated swimming pool during your stay (ages 3+).
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at extra cost.

SITUATION :
This quiet residence is located at the bottom of the station, connected by the shopping mall, caterer at 10 m and supermarket at 20 m. Chairlift at 100 m. Near kindergarten.
Free shuttle to get around the top of the resort and access the ESF, snow front.
