This is the ultimate year-round getaway with unobstructed lake views, upscale finishes, and direct access to the sandy shoreline of Kings Beach state park.

Step inside at the ground level and discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a cozy kid-friendly room with two twin beds and a spacious guest suite featuring a queen bed, en suite bath with stand-up shower, and tasteful décor. An additional full bath with a walk-in shower serves this level, perfect for families or groups.

Head upstairs to the heart of the home and 2nd floor—the open-concept great room where the views steal the show. Vaulted ceilings, clean lines, and a serene neutral palette frame breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Tahoe through floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a gleaming granite island with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for effortless entertaining.

The living area flows seamlessly onto a private second-floor balcony — an outdoor oasis with a dining set, lounge furniture, and a natural gas grill - accessible summer seasonally. Whether sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails, this is your front-row seat to the breathtaking Sierras.

The entire 3rd floor is dedicated to the luxurious primary suite. Wake up to sweeping lake and mountain views through a wall of windows. Unwind in the king-size bed, watch a movie on the smart TV, and take advantage of the generous walk-in closet. The spa-like en suite bath features double vanities, a stand-up shower, an oversized soaking tub, and a private water closet.

This home includes two dedicated parking spaces and access to a roped-off, residents-only beach with lounge chairs and BBQs. In the summer, enjoy easy access to the best beach in North Lake Tahoe with kayak and paddleboard rentals nearby. In the winter, hit the slopes at Northstar (10 minutes) or Palisades Tahoe (25 minutes). Restaurants, shops, and local nightlife are all within walking distance. This home is located in downtown Kings Beach.

The gas fireplaces in this unit do not work and cannot be fixed. The beach gas fireplace is available summer seasonally.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

Great property and location. Private beach access is great as King's Beach does get busy on a weekend.Only negative was that outside furniture was a bit untidy and could have been cleaned up a bit prior to our visit. Overall recommend the property.

A true lake experience

The location was perfect. Walking out the door onto the sandy Kings Beach. Everything from paddle boarding and jet skiing is right there. The house had magnificent views and felt comfortable to be in. Excellent for a busy family that likes convenience

The views are incredible, whether from the primary bedroom upstairs or the living room or the deck, the lake and mountain views are stunning. Location is perfect for walking to coffee and restaurants and the beach is literally outside the front door. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We cant wait to come back.

We’ve stayed at this location a few times and are never disappointed. It’s perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. You can’t beat the views and beach access. Everything we need is right here, without needing to worry about driving and parking. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6.

Everything you need at your doorstep!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had unobstructed views of the lake and shops and restaurants basically at the end of the driveway. Beach and jet ski rentals were right next door. Everything we needed was within walking distance which made it so convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

We were in awe of the amazing view of Lake Tahoe right out of the living room and master bedroom windows. The beach was only steps away from the front door. We very much enjoyed our stay at this Condo on Kings Beach. The views are spectacular from the Master Bedroom. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The air conditioning did not work for 2 days of our stay and it was very hot, but the property management was very responsive and eventually got the unit working.

The location is amazing. Right on the lake. Ample parking. Best pizza right next door. Beautifuly furnished and very comfortable. 3 stories so not good if stairs are a struggle. Perfect for a family. Owner very responsive!

This property as described. Great beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Upon check in with 2 hour grace period unit not ready with cleaning crew still there. Called owner who was very apologetic and offered some comp for inconvenience. We went out to dinner and when returned unit ready, owner there to make sure all well. Only downside is master on 3rd floor. Fine for us, could be challenging if mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lakeshore View

Great property! Very clean and well appointed condo. Three floors with beautiful views of the lake from the second and third floors. Great for families if stairs are not an issue (has 3 staircases). One small issue re: the fireplace...very close proximity to the TV/soundbar mounted above. Gets incredibly hot on the soundbar which affects functionality. Aside from this, highly recommend this property. Property management has quick response to questions. Close to restaurants. 45 min. drive to Palisades for skiing. We cut the trip short due to an incoming storm, but look forward to returning in the future!
