We are putting our house up for seasonal rental.
It is an architect-designed house, built in 1988 with beautiful materials, and renovated in 2022 (new bathroom and kitchen in particular)

The house is divided into 3 levels and the exterior:
• Basement :
Swimming pool area of 70 m² with a 7mx4m swimming pool (1m60 deep) heated all year round between 27/29°C
Numerous water games, slide, goals, 2 aquabikes, ...
The bay windows of the swimming pool overlook a 45m² terrace facing south and sheltered from the wind.
This terrace is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and a parasol.

• Ground floor:
Cathedral dining room with table for 6/8 people
Equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, toaster
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washer-dryer
Living room with 2 3-seater sofas, 120 cm television, 220 internet channels, Wi-Fi, Netflix
Office with 140 cm convertible sofa, 2 beds, baby bed
Bedroom 1: 140cm bed, 2 beds, storage
Bedroom 2: 90 cm bunk bed, 2 beds, storage

• 1st floor:

Please note that the stairs are spiral and difficult to access for people with disabilities

BEFORE LEAVING:
Thanks for :
• Replace the pool cover correctly
• Put used towels in the bathroom and/or pool basket
• Remove sheets and roll them into a ball near the beds
• Put away used clean dishes or run a final dishwasher before leaving
• Take out the trash and put it in the containers provided for this purpose (yellow = recyclable, gray = waste)
• If it is really very dirty, a quick broom or vacuum cleaner is appreciated

You can lock the door, close the gate and leave the keys in the mailbox.

An ideal house for family vacation: good space bedroom, beds for children (bunk beds and baby cots), baby high chair, toys and books, large green garden with children's play area and outdoor games equipment, a very good swimming pool with toys (might be a bit deep for smaller people). Very clean house with everything needed for a relaxed family holiday.

Fantastic spacious property in a very quiet village but 15 minutes drive away from Arras which has everything you need if you choose.The pool is great with a great sun terrace right outside one of the pool doors. A covered seating area overlooks a huge garden space for the children to play including swings and a wooden house also additional children’s garden toys.Inside there was everything we needed for our holiday stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden is much larger than it looks in the pictures and our children enjoyed running around, playing on the swing, slide and climbing frame.The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is small but functional and well-stocked, including a great extractor fan that's hiding above the hob. There is air con in the living room which made the house much more bearable during the heatwave we were there for. The contactless entry/exit worked really well and it was nice to have the space to arrive at our own pace after delays on LeShuttle. The information pack is really detailed and pointed out a farm shop down the road which was really really good (we visited a few times).The house itself is easy to find and well placed to get to any supermarket in Arras. The pool was loved by all and was a welcome addition to cool down in. It is a deep pool at 1.7m throughout, so the floats in the cupboard were well used by the kids.We blocked off the upstairs using the stair gate provided, so the only part of the property that needed a bit more supervision was outside by the car as our toddler would have fallen down the steps (though it's fine for slightly older children).We had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.

Il s'agissait surtout d'un déplacement pour fêter 40 ans de mariage. Nous n'avons pas profité de l'hébergement en tant qu'habitation (seul le petit déjeuner a été pris sur place). Le coin bureau est un plus si l'on doit travailler aussi (mon cas): pas besoin de tout débarrasser ...Nous avons bien profité de la piscine effectivement chauffée à 29 . L'échelle donnant accès au bassin devrait être réajuster, d'autant que cela n'est pas compliqué à faire. La fibre haut débit eut été un plus Globalement je recommande cette location

Parfait pour un week-end avec des enfants

Le logement est entièrement équipé pour les enfants, j’ai rarement vu ça dans une location il y a des jouets, matelas à langer, chaise haute et surtout pleins de jeux pour la piscine! Accueil flexible, disponibilité et communication au top nous reviendrons certainement aux beaux jours pour profiter de l’extérieur

Maison magnifique qui doit être top en été. En hiver, c'est froid, on sent l'air.La piscine est superbe mais l'echelle pour rentrer dans l'eau et en sortir n'est pas du tout pratique lorsque l'on a des ennuis de dos. Du coup, on a pas vraiment pu en profiter mon fils et moi alors que l'on espérait vraiment pour faire des exercices. Sinon la maison est magnifique

Un séjour fabuleux chez Christine et Rémy !

Petit séjour à 3 : Moi, ma compagne et notre bébé de 8 mois. Quelle maison magnifique ! Un environnement paisible, calme avec des commodités proches. Maison ultra fonctionnelle, il ne manquait rien ; même pour notre petit. Très bonne communication avec nos hôtes : réactifs, rapides et très sympathiques. La proximité avec la Belgique est un plus. Nous sommes allés au zoo de Pairi Daiza que nous conseillons à tout le monde. Quel bonheur de disposer de la piscine à domicile à toute heure ! Séjour fantastique! Merci encore à Christine et Rémy. Belle maison et piscine

Promenade à Arras , tout les jours on allait chercher nos glaces à la ferme ( 3minutes à pied ), jouer aux boules et tir à l’arc et bien sûr la piscine aussi bien le matin ou l’après midi . Très bonne vacances avec nos petits enfants dans une très belle maison. Propriétaire agréable et surtout une propreté des literies ainsi que la maison en générale

La maison est très jolie avec son intérieur en murs de vieilles briques. Très bien agencée et très bien équipée; Beaucoup de jeux proposés (pétanques, quilles ...) ont amusé les enfants. La piscine intérieure chauffée est incontournable avec tous les jeux surtout avec le temps très moyen que nous avons eu. Literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Adresse à recommander
