New Listing! Views, Views and more views from this 6th floor condo in Ocean Vistas. You will love the incredible vistas with floor to ceiling windows giving incredible views from the Master Bedroom, the family room, the dining room and the kitchen. The balcony is among the largest on the beach, has a teakwood floor, and allows all the room you need to dine outside, relax in comfort and truly enjoy the beachfront vacation you deserve. Inside the luxury upgrades go on and on. The kitchen has gorgeous quartz counters, all wood cabinetry, wine refrigerator and a custom designer backsplash. The master suite is massive with views from every angle, walk in closets, and a huge bathroom that has a jetted soaker tub and separate shower. The Ocean view master bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed with large walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Two twin size roll away beds. The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen.

From having to switch condos last minute, to a check in process with a step by step tour of the property and a rental staff that was there anytime we needed anything. The unobstructed beach view was absolutely breathtaking; lovely view every morning and night. Every corner of the place featured stunning décor that reflected both comfort and elegance, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail and dedication of the team made my experience exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!Every time I contacted April Hundley she answered or immediately called back. She always made me feel like I did the right thing by calling even if I felt like I was asking a dumb question. The tour of the property was exceptional too. The young man conducting the tour took his time and answered all of our questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the comforts of home away from home. The beds were comfortable and I got more sleep than I have in a long time.

Where do I start. This was our first time staying at Ocean Vistas and we will definitely be back. The unit exceeded expectations. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We had a personal tour when we arrived of the property. A check-in call during our stay to be sure everything was going well and a post-check out call. The experience was first-class and grateful for April and the rest of the property management team ensuring we had a great stay. We happened to also pick a week of fantastic weather which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful views wonderful time

Granddaughter goes to Embry Riddle and decided to come down and tour campus and take a flight with her. This sixth floor three bedroom three bath condo is immaculate and has everything you would need for a home away from home all you need to do is just go out and get a few groceries and Daytona Beach is right out the door. Look forward to returning next year. The host for this condo and I’ve stayed in plenty of VRBOs is five star in every sense of the word. Highly recommend

The overall site property and unit was wonderful for our family and we really enjoyed our stay!! The deck space was awesome and the space in the unit was plentiful. The site manager was VERY HELPFUL! We had a few issues during our stay which was taken care of quickly. The negative comment would be for this unit to be perfect, the unit is showing signs of needing a few upgrades, the couch is warn out, the main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and the deck furniture should be upgraded.

Beautiful view

The listing shows 4 bedrooms but there are really only 3 bedrooms with 2 rollout beds. Aside from that the view was gorgeous, the condo is a few miles from the main strip so slightly quieter than other condos. This is on the 6th floor of an 11th floor bldg so I don't really think I would classify it as a penthouse but beautifully decorated regardless. The location has 1 hot tub and a smaller pool for this size resort. Not many other amenities for smaller children. Pool table is available for rainy days which is nice. Gym and sauna as well. Overall it is a nice property.

Beautiful Property and Condo

We have stayed in this condo complex before but this time we stayed in a different unit. The overall unit was beautiful and had all the things we needed to spend a week in paradise. The only negative thing I can say about this unit was the mattresses need to be replaced. They bowed to the middle and were just old and uncomfortable but everything else in the condo was beautiful. We had great weather and really enjoyed our stay.
