Everyone of us enjoyed staying in this condo! Views are spectacular, decor is lovely, balcony is super large, beds are very comfortable, very spacious!! It definitely lives up to its name Million Dollar Condo! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Luxurious Ocean Front Condo

From booking, to checkout, the staff was professional & welcoming. The home is comfortable, decorated well and beautiful. The view is amazing, the pool is clean, the ocean is beautiful. We walked morning & evening on the beach. The firepit so nice. You can relax around the fire while watching the waves.

Experienced Daytona With A View

This condo unit was clean and updated. Everything you need is more than likely supplied. We loved the views. The patio was amazing. More than enough room to entertain throughout. The master bedroom and bathroom was so spacious and we loved the ocean view from the chairs looking out the huge floor to ceiling window. We loved cooking on the grill and the rest of the amenities on sight of the units were very clean and well maintained. We loved the security of the building and of the underground parking garage. We felt very safe! You won’t be disappointed with this unit. I give it FIVE STARS!

Totally awesome condo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Quiet and beautiful ! Wonderful for our party of 6 a d could easily accommodate a couple more!!!! Cheri was awesome and communicated well with us with any questions especially about post Hurricane Milton. Will definitely recommend this one and we would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful condo!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Check in was easy. Parking was not a problem like most places on the beach. Easy beach access and pool area was great for our little ones. Beautiful views from all of the bedrooms and living room. Communication with the owner/management was quick and reliable before and during stay. Overall was the best place our family has stayed in Daytona in years. Would love to visit again here next year.

Our stay at this condo was great,it's a beautiful condo on a quiet part of the beach but within walking distance of the ocean walk shops. The condo is very clean and it's in a very well taken care of building with really great security. The best part of the condo is the views they are amazing! We had 8 people staying in it and there was plent of room for everyone. We can't wait to stay there again next year!

Not easy dealing with rental company

Overall, my family enjoyed our time this week. Despite some minor issues with the condo itself (water leaking in the fridge, only one roll of TP per bathroom, only one side of toaster worked) my major complaint was with the rental company. There was way more paperwork, phone calls and miscommunication than I have ever dealt with renting anywhere. It made it an unpleasant experience before we even arrived.

Loved this condo!!!

Really big condo, very nicely decorated, excellent ocean view. Stayed for 2 wks., felt very much at home. Smelled a little animaly when we came in, but once we got the air on, that smell went away. Kitchen needs a wire whip & a plastic spatula. Lights in living room fan don't work so can't see anything after dark.Screen on master bedroom patio door is ripping off from the breeze. All the beds are very hard & uncomfortable. We bought a memory foam mattress while we were there & used, then slept wonderfully. Master bedroom bedding all needs replaced, everything(sheets, duvet, shams, throw pillows) is stained up, not sure why guests would stain the bedding & not take care of that, & how do you get stains on your bedding??? Washed everything cause it just looked dirty but no stains would come out. Most of the bathroom towels were stained also, but there were tons of towels. Loved this condo, would deffinately stay here again, but will bring my own bedding & towels next time..

Nice view but...

Not so nice when Hurricane Ian is looming and eventually traveled right over your vacation destination. But, no refunds within 60 days. That's the rule. We'll get to that in a moment. First, the condo itself: The photos are deceptive. This "million dollar" condo desperately needs a facelift and someone to actually keep it updated. The living room furniture is extremely dated and uncomfortable. Like the stuff you planned to give to the Salvation Army but you have a condo in Florida, so just stick it there. The mattress in the main bedroom is terribly lumpy and one of those cheap pillowtop things that crushes on the sides. The mattress in the queen bedroom is stiff as a board. We had to go out and buy bleach to get rid of the black mold in the main bathroom shower and my husband had to do the cleaning because of my asthma. We left the nasty moldy rolled up mat in the shower alone. So gross!! The same mold was in the single bed bathroom but no one wanted to touch it. A plumber had to be called in to open the drain in one of the sinks. The exhaust fan and light do not work over the stove. On the balcony, if you have a small dog, there is a gap large enough in the railing that your dog could plummet from the 8th floor. The towels are old and small and dingy and tattered. Creepy, really. The coffeemaker leaks when brewing a single cup. Heard the term "lipstick on a pig?" The nicest person we dealt with was a woman named Mary. She was responsive to all our questions and concerns. Back to pre-Hurricane Ian. All the way up to the evening before our trip, I explained to the owner that the hurricane was likely going to affect our own house on the opposite side of the state, his response was, "that does not concern me." I tried being as nice as I could possibly be to plead our case for a refund or some kind of modification since VRBO had all our money (rental, fees, the whole deal). When I asked if the owner would at least work with us to offer us a fair discounted rate to stay the first week of June, which was the first week we were available, he would not. He wanted his rate for June. It was cold and callous. Hurricane Ian turned out to be a devastatingly deadly hurricane and Daytona Beach also took a beating - and we could have been stuck on the 8th floor of this condo building had we not evacuated. We don't ever want to rent from people like this again and will make sure we don't.

Beautiful condo in Daytona Beach Shores

This condo is big and beautiful. We were a party of six adults and one beagle. The master suite is huge with an unbelievable view of the ocean. Very comfortable beds. Nice pet area. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we would have spent a lot of time out there if we hadn't selected a vacation week when Hurricane Milton arrived. The check in process was easy and the tour of the property was very helpful. Working with Cherie made things very easy and she was a great resource. We had an issue with connecting to the internet and Cherie was helpful and responsive. When I communicated with Maria prior to going I heard back immediately. Lovely place to visit. We hope to return again when there is no hurricane coming!

Spacious with Lovely Oceanfront Balcony

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vistas. The condo was spacious and it was nice to have separate areas and bathrooms for each group. We enjoyed spending some time on the balcony with the gorgeous oceanfront view. The eighth floor gave us a great view of the ocean as well as the pelicans when they flew by. We had some rain during our stay and the large balcony provided an outdoor space so that we could still enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful view even in the rain! Thanks to our host for her help at check in as well. Great vacation stay at Ocean Vistas!

Very nice and spacious condo. Great location. Great view. Only problems were the overhead air vents made a clicking noise that kept some of us awake sometimes. I think it was 2 times we had to use the bathroom plunger to unstop the commodes. Other than that everything was wonderful. .

Beautiful location

Beautiful location and property. This was our annual year end vacation. We had a few hiccups but nothing we couldn't fix. First night we found hair in one of the beds- simple fix- change bedding. This could have simply been hair from a washer or dryer. But someone had put away dirty pans and the drawer was full of crumbs. We always wash prior to use but a simple check by the cleaning crew would have caught this. Same with towels and washcloths, some were really stained, but there were more than enough linens to use. This rental was very spacious, but welcoming. The views from the balcony and master suite were awesome. The heated pool also insured that the kids were able to swim this year. We were here for New Year's Eve and were able to enjoy fireworks with the kids from the pier and down the beach without leaving the condo. I would totally rent this property again.

We had a great stay. There is construction on the adjacent properties so some big equipment being driven in the beach would be the only negative- the condo is gorgeous, the beach is always amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation .

This condo is so beautiful! Can’t wait to come back. Everything you need is here. Just bring your food. It is huge, extremely clean, just beautiful!!! Location for us was great! Quiet and a short drive to the main Daytona Beach attractions. Highly recommend.

Our family has been visiting Daytona Beach Shores for the last 20 years. We fell in love with area. We Enjoy the world's best known beach; the great weather, restaurants, activites such as the Ocean Walk area, which includes amusements, the pier, cineplex theaters, 'Bubba Gump' restaurant (our favourite), outdoor entertainment and small boutiques; close to world class theme parks, including Disney and Universal studios; and main events such as Indy 500 and Biketober fest, Bikeweeks. There is always something to enjoy and discover while in Daytona.

Visiting Daytona Beach Shores during the last 25 years, we have had the priveledge of renting condos in the many wonderful buildings the area offers. When we visited our unit in Ocean Vistas for the first time it was, 'love at the first sight'. When you visit you will now what we mean. The building offers first class amenities: a five-star grand lobby; a modern clubroom which includes a library, sushi bar eating area, fireplace, pool table all over-looking the Ocean. With a large infinity, heated pool, hot-tub, and the only fire-pit in the area to enjoy romantic, moonlit evenings. The building has a state of the art security system. You and your family will feel safe here. Another reason why we bought in Ocean Vistas is that the building offers weekly rentals, unlike many other buildings in the area which offer two weeks' minimum rentals and higher -- should you decide to stay less than two weeks, in most cases you will find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with the condominum association. It is a situation to be avoided when you are on vacation. At Ocean Vistas this is something you do not have to worry about. You are a welcome guest. Although some buildings in Daytona Beach Shores may also offer weekly rentals, they do not offer the luxurious amenities, and security Ocean Vistas enjoys.
