The Pavilion Club is tucked away between Pelican Bay and Naples Park located northwest of the intersection of US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road in desirable Naples, Florida. This premium “West of 41” location makes the Pavilion Club the ideal spot for enjoying all the best that North Naples offers for seasonal residents. Enjoy a gated controlled access entry, a heated pool, planned social activities, and an on-site manager, which provide the perfect setting to enjoy paradise at a great value. There is a large community pool with a clubhouse and a grilling area for your use.

This two-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled and features two bathrooms, a den, eat in kitchen, formal dining/living room area, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated as well. The condo is nestled around a tranquil peaceful tropical courtyard and can be enjoyed while relaxing on the lanai.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed. 4 televisions are available in the unit, Wi-Fi and cable are included

Enjoyable stay

We rented here for two months. The condo had been recently renovated. The kitchen was beautiful and had almost every convenience one could ask for. The landlord was responsive, not that we had much that we needed. There were cleaning products, mops, vacuum. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. We loved sitting on the enclosed porch in the afternoon. We loved our stay here.

We are steps away from the Pavilion Shoppes featuring restaurants, shopping, cinema, fitness club, and bike rentals. Just across US 41 is The Mercato featuring some of the finest stores, restaurants, and nightlife that Naples has to offer. Further, we enjoy easy walking (or driving) access to grocery shopping, banking, dry cleaning, pharmacy, public library, medical care, and the Pelican Bay Community Park which has tennis, pickle ball, bocce, and basketball courts, as well as a playground and walking trail.

We are conveniently located approximately a mile from the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and its nearby amenities, The Ritz-Carlton and The Turtle Club. Just over two miles away is the lovely beach at Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Both beaches are frequently cited as among the best beaches in America. The popular 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South areas of downtown Naples are just a 20 minute ride by car.
