This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 full bath home with a pool is a must see! Perfect for multiple families or a large family. 0.2 miles from Beach access, only a 3 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the softest sugar white sand beach on a quiet strip of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach wagon, toys and chairs provided for convenience.

This family friendly home meets all your vacation needs. We are minutes from, Pier Park, Panama City Beach Publix Sports Complex, St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, fishing, golf cart rentals and of course, only steps from the beach! Private parking, includes 1 dedicated outdoor spot, 2 spots in our garage.

This beautiful home has 3 levels:

On the 1st Floor there is a generous bedroom with a Queen bed, TV and en-suite full bath. Office space included for virtual work environment to keep up with work while the family enjoys the pool just steps away! This bedroom has a patio door that can lead directly out to the pool. This area also includes a wet bar and a mini fridge to keep beverage refills within reach while at the pool.

The 2nd level has living room, dining room table, bar stools at the counter, spacious open, fully equipped, kitchen with tile floors. The living room area features a 65” 4K television with upgraded sound-bar for an immersive viewing experience. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and state-of-the-art appliances.

Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with brand new large capacity Washer and Dryer. This level also features beautiful hardwood floors and a large bedroom with a queen bed, a TV and a full bath.

The 3rd level boasts a HUGE bunk room designed with your family in mind. 2 Twin over Full bunk bed sets plus Twin daybed so this room accommodate up to 7 people in beds. The room includes a bean bag hang out area and the entire room has a view of the 50” 4K TV. Your kids will never forget the fun they had in the bunk room on your beach vacation! Access to the 3rd floor balcony is just off of the bunk room. Relax, enjoying the views with a beverage in hand on comfortable Adirondack chairs while the kids come down from a day at the beach. En Suite glamour bath includes double vanity, large jetted tub, spacious shower and private toilet. Also on this level is another bedroom with queen bed, TV and en suite bath.

The house sleeps 12 comfortably in beds and is across the street from the gulf. The house also has a POOL right outside your door, with lounge chairs to enjoy Florida living at its best.

Balconies off the 2nd floor living area and 3rd floor bunk room, as well as patio that you walk out to from the 1st floor bedroom.

Coffee maker provided to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach.

We provide lots of large fluffy towels and cozy bath mats in each bathroom. We also provide clean, soft linens for all beds and starter soaps, shampoos, detergents. Additionally, we provide a portable crib with sheets for your little one.

Walking distance to several local restaurants. Check out Schooners at sunset for their daily sunset celebration. 15 minutes to the Pier Park Shopping area. Walk to nightlife with live music.

For your security a Ring Doorbell camera is installed with a view of the front door.

This home easily accommodates two or three families with plenty of space to spread out.

Local amusements a short distance away – mini golf, water parks, go-karts, amusement rides and entertainment.

Walmart, Publix's and Winn Dixie supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise and they deliver.

Private parking on site for up to 3. 2 car garage has plenty of room for 2 vehicles plus beach stuff. Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle opposite of the garage. There is an overflow parking lot on property but those spaces are not guaranteed. 3 vehicles or less is suggested for comfort.

Three separate Air conditioning units to keep you cool on each level.

Full sized washer and dryer on property.
