The open, airy, and beachy-style living room has pale blue walls with a leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman the color of sand dunes, small coffee tables, and lamps, all nicely arranged around a wall-mounted Smart TV and entertainment center.

The contemporary kitchen has custom-built, fine wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, french door fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, and double-basin sink.
There’s a large, granite kitchen island featuring a breakfast bar with stool seating for three. There’s also a wet bar area with a wine rack, and mini-fridge.

The spacious in-law suite has its own full kitchen/dining & living area. Every bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. The main house primary has a King size bed, and ensuite bath with double-sink granite vanity, custom tiled, walk-in glass shower, and a soaking tub.

Second-floor balconies on the main house and in-law suite offer gorgeous water views. Both balconies have Adirondack chairs. The main house balcony has a cushioned porch swing. Enjoy vibrant Gulf of Mexico sunsets that paint the sky with hues of gold, crimson, and violet.

This slice of paradise also offers a fully fenced gunite pool and beautiful patio area with plenty of lounge chairs. There’s a covered patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill. The massive backyard has a grassy yard where the kids can play. There’s a grove of citrus and fruit trees, and a shady, garden sitting area below beautiful, windswept live oak trees.
