Apartment block "Amici", 1'590 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Saas Grund, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 100 m. Cable car 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice rink 1.5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Additional accommodations can be booked. Please note: Non-smoking house. The SaastalCard offers various discounts on cable cars and free regional buses in the Saas Valley. One parking space per apartment is included, any additional parking spaces (CHF 5.00/day) are available only upon request and subject to availability.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)) with shower/WC. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony or terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Interior photos are accommodation example.

Entspannung in der Natur

Das Studio ist geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse und dunklere Abdeckvorhänge (keine Storen vorhanden) wären für uns wertvoll gewesen. Wir haben aber trotzdem ganz schöne und erholsame Tage im Haus Amici verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Heerlijk adres, goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Modern en schoon vakantieverblijf, rustig gelegen, net buiten Saas-Grund. Appartementen beschikken over zonnig balkon op Zuiden. De (post-)bus halte bevindt zich op slechts enkele minuten naast het vakantieverblijf. Omdat het OV, waaronder bergbanen, in het Saastal in de toeristenbelasting is begrepen, hoef je de auto tijdens je hele feitelijk niet te gebruiken. Ruime parkeergelegenheid bij verblijf. Komen hier nu voor 2e maal en is wederom goed bevallen.

Prima woning, schoon en goed onderhouden

Rustig gelegen vakantiewoning, tussen Saas-Grund en Saas-Almagell. De woning is goed onderhouden en schoon. Voorzieningen zijn uitstekend: o.a. wifi en afwasmachine. De woning is wel enigszins gehorig, geluiden van de buren op dezelfde etage klinken goed door. Skiruimte met verwarmd rek voor de skischoenen is echt perfect! Loopafstand (± 300m) tot de bushalte waar elk half uur de skibus naar de skipiste vertrekt.

Rustige ligging met uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding

Uiterst modern vakantie-appartement in nieuw complex. Rustig gelegen in de nabijheid van Saas-Grund (dorpsgedeelte Unter den Bodmen). Goed uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur. Goede bedden. Prima bereikbaarheid met openbaar vervoer. Vriendelijk en behulpzame gastheer/gastvrouw. Openbaarvervoersysteem middels Bürgerpass i.c.m. toeristenbelasting is een groot pluspunt van het Saastal.

Eenvoudig maar comfortabel appartement. Gunstige ligging met zeer goed openbaar vervoer (bus). Het gebruik van de wasmachine verliep niet heel handig, er moest per wasbeurt toestemming worden gevraagd. Verder was er wat te weinig keukengerei, bijv. geen limonade-glazen. Ook deed de tv het soms niet.
