Our Vacation Home is a top of the line condo for those looking for a premium place to enjoy while relaxing on the beach or fishing in the bay. One will feel like they're sitting on the bay while relaxing in the comfort and solitude of your own private balcony. Our condo is situated just high enough to have magnificent views, yet low enough to feel engaged with the tranquil sights and sounds of the bay and small islands.

Host very responsive and helpful. Love the unit and this resort. First floor unit was very helpful and easily accessed especially on a busy weekend. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit! We had a blast at Caribe!

Everything about this condo was great. The cleanliness, location, ease of check in and out, and the host personally called and texted us about our stay before arriving. I would definitely recommend B105!

This condo was perfect for our guys' fishing weekend. The location was perfect and we were able to dock the boat with no issues. The view from the balcony is great as you overlook the docks, walking path, and great sunsets. We had booked two condos and split our party in two groups, and this one was by far the better one, and at a better price. Shelaine made sure we knew what to do upon arrival and at checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit for any type of vacation you are looking for as it is spacious and accommodating.

Our host set the bar for all hosts. She communicated above and beyond what any host should. This is our second rental at the Caribe and although she gently reminded us they only stock 1st use of things (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap etc.) there were plenty. We left our unopened things and used some of the soap, laundry detergent, and whatnots that were opened. We appreciated her communication and loved her unit. Thank you Shaline!

My family has been staying at The Caribe Resort for many years and this is our favorite unit for the past 4 years. Shelaine is always a wonderful hostess and she goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great stay

The property has great amenities and is next to one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Orange beach is a great bang for your buck.

I was disappointed that there was no sun coming in the unit or on the balcony. This is an attractive wish for AL summers, but not so great in the winter.

The stay here was absolutely perfect. Wonderful communication from the owner, great location being on the first floor and great views! Would absolutely stay here again.

There are not enough good things to say about this unit and the owner! We loved everything about it! The host was very nice and accommodating, provided extra care with the amenities and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! The unit is well stocked with anything you could need for your stay from the kitchen to the beach towels, chairs and even a few beach toys for the kids to play with! The decor is so beautiful as well, looks to be professionally done! We would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is our third stay here, and we will be back! Unit was clean, conveniently located on ground floor, and the view of the bay is top-tier. Excellent communication from owner & check-in was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Beyond exceptional across the board! The BEST views of the 3 buildings. The pictures don't even come close to showcasing how awesome this unit is for family--even with grandparents...we spent 5 nights with 4 and 6 year old boys and my mother-n-law. Never had to bother the owners (except check-in was a little challenging but wasn't on them). Caribe has a secured entrance and a front desk that has regular business hours which is where you get your passes / keys. As much as our boys love the beach, we never even made it there with so much to do! John and Shelaine were exceptional hosts. You can tell they take pride in hosting and providing the best experience for their guests. The unit seemed insulated, quiet and we slept well, however, we went mid-August so the area in general was on the lower crowd side. This unit also came with parking passes which helped us finalize the unit selection. Another bonus it's on the entry level so no waiting on elevators and great for little ones and grandparents. The balcony was all our favorite spot for meals, watch the boats, sunrises and sunsets. Caribe Marina next door for additional activities such as Crab and Grab glow in the dark kayak (MUST do!), fishing off docks, and boating opportunities. We walked to the beach under the bridge for fishing (less than 1/4 of a mile). The pools were a great cool down spot. Tip: bring your own pool / beach towels or purchase locally. Unit B-105 is a gem!

Great property, condo is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats from the balcony. Grandkids loved the slides and lazy river. Owner was very communicative. Would stay again and I have shared with friends for future reference.
