Laundry closet off kitchen with customized built-in shelves and stackable washer/dryer. The boardwalk to the beach provides easy beach access. A convenient short walk to seven outstanding dining choices including SALT at SANROC CAY, VOYAGERS at Perdido Beach Resort or THE GULF Restaurant. SANROC also offers great shopping and fishing and water sports fun! To maintain privacy, enter the GP community through its electronic security gate. Beautiful condo, easy access to the beach, enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool areas, and Tim (the owner) was very communicative and easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

-great location, stayed here many times-master bath shower fixture too complicated, unable to adjust hot water setting-knob barely moved-parking lot gate majority of time not working, the maintenance gate stayed open most of the time- this is supposed to be gated property-the left elevator was not working this March, now again in July

Thanks for the review. The shower temp changes control is different and can be difficult. If you stay again call me and I can help. I can’t do much about the gate and elevator but mention to management which I will do. Gate issues come up too often but elevator issues are rare except for some major work done on them during your last visit. I hope the condo itself was enjoyable and you’ll stay with us again. Beautiful accommodations for our father and son fishing trip. Always love staying at the Grande Point. Watching the boats come in and out of the pass is nice.

Great family vacation

Would stay again. Only thing we would change would be for the kitchen to be a little better stocked with measuring spoons, strainer, and a few other essentials to be able to enjoy the very nicely updated kitchen.

Great condo in perfect location

We had a great time. The condo was well equipped, high end finishes and decor. Spent most of the time on the balcony soaking in the view and watching the boats go by. Owner was easy to work with.

Very Clean & Well Stocked

Everything was great. We enjoyed both the unit and location. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The complex was very clean and well maintained even though it was a holiday. Would defiantly stay here again.

Quick getaway

We came down to Orange Beach for a quick recharge as the summer was coming to an end. This condo was great and met all our needs. Location was awsome and the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The beds slept well and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Would definitely book here again.

We are from Texas and have been traveling to the Orange Beach area to vacation with family. We love the area and decided we wanted to buy a condo and offer it to renters! We will retire in this great area.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We looked at so many properties and decided on Grand Pointe because of the incredible views, spacious, updated condo and the building amenities. It's also a low density property, no waits for elevators or stumbling over people at beach or pool. Sitting on the large balcony watching the dolphins and boats, or cooking in the kitchen looking out at the water is so relaxing. The property has an indoor pool and hot tub for winter time so you can swim year round. The BBQ area under the gazebo is great.
