Newly renovated condo located on the beach with ocean & marsh view. Located on the highly demanded Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance from restaurants and bars in the areas. Including Ocean Annie's, Flip Flops and Get It Twisted. As well as the beach, the park and the nearby pier. This is perfect for families and couples, there is something for all ages to enjoy.

This condo includes two bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeps six on brand new mattresses for your comfort. Master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with a night stand that offers built in 2 outlet and 2 USBs ports for your convenience to charge phones or other electronics, 1 dresser to unpack to give you that way from home feeling. Bathroom ensuite with full shower, sink and toliet. Plus bonus door to go out to our beautiful balcony to enjoy sunsets. 2nd bedroom offers a brand new queen size mattress with two nights with built in USBs ports for your convenience to charge your phones and other electronics plus 1 dresser to unpack to give you the way from home feeling. Main bathroom offer tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully remolded and spacious. Equipped with full features, granite countertops, accent lighting and extra cooking utensils for your cooking needs. The kitchen looks into the tasteful living room which includes a queen sleeper for two to sleep on. Also included in the living room is a large television with cable, novels and games for your enjoyment. We have added 3 USB outlet ports in the living room area for everyone convenience to charge phones and other electronics. ALL TVs have Roku. Plus ALL bedroom/living room have darkening drapers(for those who like to sleep in on their vacation). Outside the living room we offer a balcony with a wonderful view and seating for you to relax.

For the hot days we have a brand new air conditioning that will help keep the condo cool. If a day happens to get a little chilly we also have heating. There is two of these units, one in the living room as well as a personal one for the master bedroom.

Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels and dish towels are provided for you during your stay. Each guest will receive their own bath towel and washcloth. There will be 1 hand towels in each bathroom as well as in the kitchen. Along with those, sheets, blankets and comforters will be provided for each bedroom. If you wish to do laundry while you are here, you are able to. The only available laundry is on the first floor in the middle. The laundry room only takes quarters $1.50 each load for the 3 washers and the 5 dryers.

Just downstairs, the complex offers amenities for the guests. That includes two gated pools, grass areas, grills, benches, picnic tables and outdoor showers for after the beach. These amenities are only for those you are staying in the complex to enjoy which makes it enjoyable without over crowding of people.

We know after a long day the last thing you want to do is have to walk far after parking. But here, parking is simply next to the buildings within the complex. There will be one pass per unit which will allow you to park near the condo and walk up with ease. You will simply take the parking pass that is provided for you in the condo and place it on your rear view mirror.

We had such a great time at the beach! Condo was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and there were nice big fluffy towels. The closeness to the beach was a definite plus and loved they had beach chairs there for us to use. It was nice sitting out in the balcony and watching the ocean. Building was very quiet also. The only negative thing was there was no window covering for the door in the bedroom leading out to the balcony which made for early mornings. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Great family end of summer vacation

APATBIII Oceanview - we had a very relaxing, fun end of the summer trip! The unit was as described, very clean, very quiet and had all the accessories/kitchen tools we needed. It was nice to use the beach equip provided in the unit vs bringing our stuff with us. The location was very nice and away from the overcrowded areas of Myrtle. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings, playing games and listening to the ocean. The owners were very responsive and accommodating due to Tropical Storm Debby. Wonderful way to wrap up the summer!

Perfect Size and Location

Adored this place! We had 4 adults and my 11yo son so the 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly. And even better that we both had separate bathrooms. It was spacious enough to not feel crammed, and the patio was a great size. I was initially worried it would be farther back from the beach, but nope, could get down there in a few short steps. The place was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, and the provided linens/towels were all we needed. The best part is the location. It's towards the end of a dead end road, so there was very minimal traffic. There are restaurants, bars, coffee shop all within walking distance. And getting back to the main drag is a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with this owner was beyond amazing. Ease of checking in via keypad. Got into the condo and place was immaculate and beautiful. I love this location as it is super close to everything . We come to Myrtle all the time and would come here again. The master bath is outdated but did not change anything and I am sure that is next on their list. Their decor is on point! Thank you for the waters and etc. I will say this, there is no elevator and you are on third floor. If you have elderly or disabled this may not be the place for you. For us we loved taking the stairs as I hate elevators!!!

We are a family of 3 from Michigan. We have all been born and raised in Michigan. Mark works for Frito Lay Co as sales person. Carrie works as a registered nurse of U of M hospital - Michigan Medicine. Our daughter is currently in college and will graduating this May 2021. We also own two puppies named Oliver and Charlie. They are brothers and love spending time together playing or going on adventures.

Why they chose this property

This property is located far enough from the tourist area of Myrtle Beach allowing for a relaxing area but still close to see all of the wonderful experiences that the area has to offer. We have always loved the south and after spending a lot of time in the Carolinas and Florida we decided that Myrtle Beach was the place we loved the most. We want to be able to share our love for the beach and the area with new friends. We thought this would be the perfect way for us to be able to do so.

What makes this property unique

Not only do you get a view of the ocean but you also get a view of the marsh. Being on the third floor allows for such a beautiful view. The condo is on a dead end road which means that there is low traffic. That makes it perfect for walking to nearby places that you may be interested in going to. The beach is right next to the condo. The marsh is right across the street. A short walk to the pier giving a beautiful view as well when you walk on the beach. There is also bars including Sandals and Ocean Annies. As well as restaurants including Flip Flops and Don't Get It Twisted which are all a short walk from the condo. Having two pools and picnic area that is limited to only those staying in the complex is the perfect way to be able to meet fellow vacationers without being over crowded with people who are staying else where.
