Family Paris trip

We spent five nights on this lovely apartment. Cedric went out of his way to adapt the process to suit us. We were really grateful and loved our stay. The location was perfect.

Great apartment in great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Paris. This 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for our family of four. Great location so we walked almost everywhere or took an Uber. Would go back!

Great apt in wonderful area

Pictures were representative, the owner very responsive, immaculately clean and well appointed. Location was perfect. Everything worked perfectly.

Absolute amazing place.

We just stayed in this apartment for 9 days. We absolutely loved everything about it. Super location, very practical and clean. Cedric was outstanding in helping us (restaurant and baby sitting reservations, etc....). We absolutely recommend this place.

Great apartment

This is a great property! Stayed there with spouse and 2 young adult kids. Everyone had a great time in the area. The host was very helpful and considerate. The location was walkable to many restaurants and bars.

A Wonderful Christmas Stay

Our family of four really enjoyed spending Christmas here, the location was great and close to numerous restaurants, and the grocery store is about a 2 minute walk down the street. The apartment is furnished very nicely and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment as well as the comfortable beds. The host was wonderful and very responsive, and went the extra distance to make sure we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect location, all the comforts of home

This apartment was perfect for our 10 day stay in Paris. The host was wonderful to deal with and very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures and it was a perfect home base. All major attractions were easily within walking distance. The neighbourhood is vibrant with many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores right at street level. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Location!

The location of this apartment is perfect for sightseeing, dining, shopping or just hanging around the neighborhood. The unit is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time here. The coffee machine was by far, the best surprise and made the best coffee. Grocery store is literally around the corner. I would suggest if you’re looking in the St. Germain des Pres area, this place is perfect. Thanks Cedric for your hospitality!

Paris Perfection

Cedric's apartment was the perfect choice for my friend and I to spend two weeks in Paris. The location was great with easy walking access to...everywhere! There are many great restaurants and markets within 2 minutes. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Cedric was super helpful and responded to any request immediately. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Happy in Paris

We enjoyed our stay at Cedric’s Paris apartment. It has nice Parisian ambience - it maintains old world charm but with great modern updates and conveniences. The lift is a huge plus. Cedric was attentive during our stay - accommodating and offering assistance as needed. We ate great food and some of the most divine pastry from a shop just down the street. Grocery store is around the corner. This apartment is a great choice.

Perfect location

Our goal during our 1-month stay was total immersion in the French culture. The beautiful Haussman-style apartment is a beautiful walk to the River Seine, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Tuileries, Luxembourg Gardens, and myriad restaurants, cafes, markets, grocery stores and designer shops. On day one we identified our favorite cafés, Cuppa and Saint Pearl, and began our days there every morning. The host of this apartment was incredibly responsive and helpful. The French people in our neighborhood so kind and engaging. We achieved our cultural immersion goal and then some. Can’t wait to return.

Fabulous Parisian Apartment

Loved Cedric's apartment! Quintessential Parisian flat and building with updated modern amenities. High ceilings, French windows, and moldings in the best location in all of Paris. Among other great amenities, extremely comfortable bed - great closet, and wonderful fancy Jura coffee machine. The apartment is much bigger than it appears on-line. Cedric responded immediately to all my questions. The coffee machine(it gives you a message) needed a new filter - I advised Cedric and by the next morning it was at my front door. I look forward to returning To Cedric's perhaps every year.
