SunDestin Beach Resort’s endless amenities include a newly renovated pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center. Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Guests of Scenic Stays also enjoy complimentary DVD rentals and grab-and-go snacks at the lobby gift shop. Planing an informal meeting with a small group or a business function? SunDestin has that covered also.



When you step into SunDestin 0610, you will be welcomed by tranquil colors of the coast and a comfortable living room with seating for 6. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick beach snack or cooking home-cooked meals. The bedroom and living room are equipped with flat-panel televisions but the floor-to-ceiling glass door to the balcony will demand all of your attention.



This 1-bedroom vacation rental, in the heart of Destin, offers ample sleeping options for up to six people. The master bedroom is suited with a king-size bed, twin bunks are nestled in the hallway and include a queen-size sofa bed, along with one full and one half bathroom for added convenience.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

The view and location was outstanding. The size of the unit was sufficient for two, but any more would have been cramped. The furniture was dirty and the unit really needed to be updated. The beach restricts were unnecessary.

Incredible view!

Our family had a lovely time! Kid friendly, we were on the 6th floor and we had more of a piece of mind being there rather than the higher floors with having a toddler, which made it a relaxing first vacation~ Thank you, will be recommending to anyone looking for a great place to stay or vacation getaway!

The unit was perfect! Location was great! Disappointed outside pool was closed but knew before booking, so it was understandable! Definitely would recommend staying here and will likely be back! Staff are some of the friendliest best customer service I have ever witnessed!! On site restaurant and store made the trip even better, we literally never had to leave!

Fourth of July Destin

We stayed for 5 days for the July 4th holiday. There were 5 adults and we managed well. The location is great! Friendly staff. Beach is beautiful! The place was clean and just fine for our purposes. It is right on the beach where we spent most of our time. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a nice stay in this condo. Unit has a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. Everything was in good working order when we arrived and we did not have any issues during our stay. During check-in they did try to get us to go to a seminar for a time-share but they took No and did not try a hard sell. Other than that the check-in process was straight forward. Check-out was as simple as dropping off the key cards at the front desk.

Ocean view!

This is a very neat, cozy and clean room. I think there is a little bit of space in the bedroom, but that is what we expected. But the view from the window and balcony is gorgeous! This is what we wanted on vacation. We liked the 6th floor, it is not too high and not too low, you can see everything perfectly. The kitchen has enough of everything. There are no extra unnecessary dishes, but everything you need to cook. There were also enough towels. I did my laundry once in 7 days. The washing machines are located right opposite the room. It cost 5, but I was ready for this, since it is written in the description. There are hangers for clothes in the closet and a laundry basket, which is very convenient. I think there is not enough rug on the threshold to wipe your feet and bring less sand into the room. And for greater coziness in the hall, if there was a carpet, it would be beautiful and cozy. The sofa that folds out is very comfortable. We basically liked everything. We will come back again!

Last stay

We’ve always enjoyed the resort and it’s locating but the last two times we have stayed, there have been little things that make a large impact and unfortunately has us rethinking any future stays at Sun Destin. The last two times there has been a strong smell of urine in the bathroom area from the moment we arrived. The other thing that has occurred is other guests near us, a floor or two up smoking pot on their patio and on the beach. This I can not get past. We travel with 3 kids and I myself dont want to be near it much last my kids. It is a terrible smell and puts a damper on our vacation. We’ve never had a problem with the staff, they have always been great! This particular unit we got this time, was the worst for us, side tables that you can’t use because they are broken or don’t sit in the floor evenly, the accent chair and it’s foot stool were covered in stains, the stove tops burners are all bent and don’t lay properly which made for cooking meal difficult. I hate to leave this time of review and I’m sure it’s not what you were expecting or hoping for but I’m being honest and I fill that’s truly the best policy. This was our 3rd stay at SunDestin and unfortunately likely our last.

Photos are deceiving.

We were very disappointed with the property. Listed as a bedroom w/bunks and 2 bathrooms. It was so small we hardly had room to turn around. No space for putting clothes and personal items away. And two toilets with a shower between. Not the setup I had envisioned. Also the laundry was a shared laundry unit outside the condo and down the hall. I was disappointed and my husband refused to stay. We checked out after one night. What a disappointment!

Great view from balcony

Great location and easy access to the beach.. loved the view of ocean from the balcony. Giving 3 stars due to leak in kitchen. Had issues with kitchen sink draining to dishwasher and flowing out on the ground. Reported issue to maintenance and they promptly sent some one to fix. Issue reoccured again next day. Would have been nice if kitchen had some nonstick pans..
