SunDestin Beach Resort offers a truly relaxing vacation getaway, located just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.



With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Experience a home away from home ambience from the moment you enter SunDestin 1205.  To the left of the entrance is a spacious master bedroom featuring a flat-screen television and DVD player, with the bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing an ideal space for the children to relax. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television, DVD player and a comfortable sofa and armchair set, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.



Panoramic gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony and living room. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin-sized bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
