View of the medieval village of Lucignano (about 2 km away). Small lake for sport fishing at 500 meters. The house consists of 3 apartments with kitchen. They are not connected internally to each other, but are all rented together. Very old farmhouse "Tenuta Farneta", surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue. Holiday villa good for larger groups

A lovely holiday house which we hired for 3 generations to share. The house itself is divided into 3 separate areas which worked well for the different families. The house is decorated in a rustic style and the cooking facilities were basic but adequate. There is a covered outdoor eating area under which the whole family enjoyed meals together. The swimming pool was well placed and the gardens were large and well cared for. It was a great place to stay and we would be pleased to return.

Zustand wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Jedoch ist der Zustand schlechter, da alles nicht geputzt war. Es findet wohl keine Endreinigung durch Vermieter statt, Inventar der 3 separaten Wohnungen befinden sich in einer Küche durcheinander, Eisfach Zugangstür defekt und vereist, Kühlschrank schließt nicht, W-Lan funktioniert im Haus nicht, nur teilweise an Pergola, am Pool Wlan gut, keine Beschattung am Esstisch Pergola (bastelten uns selbst eine aus Betttücher), Rasensprenkler verursacht nachts Ger

Stunning villa in the beautiful Tuscan countryside

We loved our stay at Tenuta Farneta. The villa is very traditional and rustic but perfect for our needs. The grounds and swimming pool area were beautiful! We spent all our time outside. BBQ facilities great and nice to have separate living areas being a large family. Beautiful quiet location. Lovely Lucignano town close by for amenities. Recommend day trip to Cortona and Siena. We would definitely recommend and like to return!

Polecam wszystkim ceniącym sobie ciszę i piękną przyrodę. Konieczny jest jednak samochód. Do miasteczka jest około 3,5 km.

Havre de paix au cœur de la toscane

Très belle maison de 3 appartements avec un superbe parc très bien entretenu. Seule la présence d'un paon vient troubler le calme de l'endroit (mais le cri du paon à partir de 4h du matin peut troubler le sommeil....)
