Ideally located, the L'Olvera residence celebrates the art of living and the pleasure of relaxing.
The location at 1950m, at the foot of the slopes, the quality of the top-of-the-range services of the apartments and the proximity of the shops and restaurants of Haut Valmeinier, ensure you a comfortable stay for your week in the mountains.
This apartment offers a decoration that is both modern and warm as well as high quality equipment.
ENTRANCE AND LAUNDRY:
At the entrance of this beautiful duplex, there is a laundry room which also serves as a cloakroom.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
Continuing on the first level, you will enjoy a living room of around 50m2 with a lounge/dining room, a large fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) This room opens onto the 12m2 balcony facing south.
DOUBLE BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Still on the 1st level of the apartment, you will find a master suite with shower room and 160*200 bed.
SOUTH DOUBLE BEDROOM ON THE 1st FLOOR:
Upstairs, you will find a second parental suite illuminated by beautiful south-facing openings. This suite has a bathroom and a 160*200 bed.
UPSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM :
Upstairs, you will find a second bright bedroom thanks to its large Velux window, furnished with two beds in 90*200.
DORMITORY ON THE 1st FLOOR:
Finally, a last dormitory room totaling 4 single beds (the bedding in height is not suitable for children under 6 years old). This room also has a significant relaxation area for children or lovers of reading.
BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
In addition to the bathroom and the bathroom of the two parental suites, you will have a 3rd bathroom upstairs as well as two separate toilets (one per floor).
