SHORT WALK TO BEACH AND BOARDWALK!!
2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has quadruple bunkbed with trundle to sleep 5)
1 full bath
Kitchen equipped with everything you need including oven, microwave, full size fridge and k-cup coffee maker.
Cozy living room with couch, loveseat, cable TV, and DVD player.
A short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and several delicious restaurants including Little Italy, Britton's Bakery, and Duffer's Ice Cream.
Rental includes one off-street parking spot.

Please no inquiries for groups of teens, spring break or senior week. Minimum age is 25!

Great for a short, last minute beach trip with my kids. Within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen is tiny, but fine for making basic breakfast and packing lunch for the beach. The bedroom with the bunk beds doesn't have its own air conditioning, so we had to leave the door open and position a fan to blow the cold air in.

The host was incredibly communicative and quick to respond. The place itself was close to the boardwalk and the beach, which made our days easier. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming each time we walked into the condo, likely from the surrounding condos. The air conditioner had to be run constantly to keep it cool on our very hot week. She did address our concerns and was very understanding. Our stay was pretty good overall!

Perfect little spot

This was the perfect spot for what we needed….three 50+ friends/family had an amazing time and Rachel’s place had everything we needed for our short trip!!

Beach blast weekend

We loved our wildwood trip for beach blast. This condo was in a great location with ample parking all around. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hot water was excellent for back to back showers. The host was very kind and provided great communication throughout our stay.

Great place!

The property was awesome! Just like it was listed. Near the beach and boardwalk, some very good eateries (bfast, lunch, and dinner). Owner was responsive and very kind! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Is a vary cozy place. Is not big, but if your plans are to spend most of the time at the beach if perfect. The kitchen is a plus for those days with crowded restaurants.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to the beach, and many restaurants you can walk to. The bathroom did not have a fan, which would have been nice, and no TVs in the bedrooms. Other than that, nice place.

Beach stay

Nice place for our family to stay while at the beach. Wish we would have found the other two chairs for the table before the day we were leaving but we weren’t eating many meals so it was fine. Rachel was very responsive and helpful, overall good, clean place to stay for a couple nights.

Quick beach getaway!

I stayed with my two boys and three nieces and nephews. They are all teens and fit comfortably in the second bedroom. The location is just a quick walk for ice cream, shopping and the beach.

the owner was very responsive and answered every question we had. the cleanliness was not the best, and there is no cable with the tv. and you’ll have to bring your own dvd’s to watch any movies. overall, the stay was great, had everything we needed to cook and it close to the boardwalk, beach and other food places.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cleanliness. I wish you'd mention that and the cable while you were there. There is cable so we could have helped you figure it out had you mentioned anything.
