Chalet "Mioche". In the district of Stutzweidli, 1.5 km from the centre of Wengen, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 4.5 km, railway station "Wengen" 1.5 km. Cable car 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.
"Mioche", 4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

Stunning views and wonderful chalet tucked up the mountain. Quiet and away from town, provided an excellent spot to spend a few days. Would stay here again.

Mioche in Wengen, Switzerland

I’ve been fortunate enough to have traveled to many countries in my life and this property has some of the best views I’ve ever seen. The common statement by friends when they see the pictures is “that doesn’t look real”. It didn’t look real when I was standing outside looking at the mountains and waterfalls from the property either. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Spacieux chalet, authentique, confortable, cuisine très bien équipée, vue grandiose. Relativement éloigné du village mais très joli chemin. Station très agréable avec des enfants (piscine, mini golf, marches pour tout niveau).

Gute Ausstattung, gemütliches Ambiente, das einzige Manko sind die Etwas durchgelegene Matratzen, aber diese sind natürlich je nach Empfindlichkeit vom Schlafkomfort individuell zu werten:)

Ferien im Haus Mioche

Das Haus ist relativ weit weg vom Dorf. Es braucht viel Muskelkraft bis alles Material im Haus ist. Das Haus selber liegt sehr ruhig und ist mit den Skis gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren Ferien im Haus, ausser mit den Betten. Die Matratzen sind wirklich nicht mehr tragbar, auch nicht in einem Ferienhaus. Preis Leistung an der oberen Grenze

Das Mioche ist ein Kleinod. Etwas beschwerlicher zu erreichen. Aber die Lage und der Blick entschädigen für alles. Gemütliche, urige Hütte mit tollem Kamin, Stereoanlage, wunderbare St,jung. Und die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Jungfrau. Grandios.
