About this property

Modern 140 m² duplex - 2 bedrooms with terrace and shared swimming pool. Gueliz.

Accommodation well located in Marrakech.
Our accommodation at the Yasmina residence is almost new.
It is a duplex ground floor of 140 m² with an indoor parking space.
The ground floor is made up of a large entrance hall, a large living room, a dining room with an adjoining terrace on which it is possible to have lunch or breakfast.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, large electric oven, microwave, gas stove and a washing machine.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and views of the swimming pool.
Next to the bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi and toilet.
At the end of the corridor, opposite, is the second bedroom, it has two single beds. Also with built-in cupboards.
The apartment has air conditioning and electric shutters on the windows.
The residence offers a large communal swimming pool.
The residence is guarded 24 hours a day
