Welcome to the Alpine house for up to 7 people, in the middle of the mountains!

The four star **** classified and newly opened villa is completely private and only for you, your family or for your holiday with the best friends.

The detached house is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, about 4 minutes' walk from the cable cars and ski lifts, 6-minute walk from the pedestrian area.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the ground floor is the dining room, the living room, the kitchen, a guest / WC and an extra bathroom.
For your sports equipment leads a lockable access from the parking lot directly to the basement. Washer and dryer are available. Very convenient! A cot and a highchair, there are also. Children are welcome!

The Alpine House has its own plot with fenced garden and parking.
As I said - very private - and only for you.

Very nice property in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in Garmisch. Mrs. Trechsler, greeted us personally on arrival and helped us feel at home immediately. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s was also beautifully decorated for the festive season. Thank you ver much for the pleasant stay.

Hiking vacation

We had such a lovely week. The house was as described and we enjoyed having a home to host family. If you are active and want a real feel for all GAP has to offer I highly recommend this house. You can easily bike and hike from here in peace. Thank you!

Fantastic - Location, Comfort, Style

We had an amazing week at Das Alpenhaus. The home is more chic and comfortable than in the photos, and Anneliese was a wonderful host. The home has absolutely everything you need, from kitchen items, to bedding, to space to spread out. Perfect location to walk into the heart of Garmish, or just 5-7 minute walk to the grocery and bakeries, cafes, etc, or a quick 5-7 minute drive to the parking lot at the Hausberg gondola. Communication with the host was perfect and our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids ages 13, 9 and 1) plus pup had a great stay.

Great house

We had an excellent stay. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are great, with very comfortable beds. There is a ice and private garden. The location is also great. The area is really quiet, and stores and supermarket are at walking distance.It's only a 10 minute walk to the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From this location there is so much to do and see, from going to the summit of the Zugspitze to visiting beautiful castles. Anneliese was a very welcoming host.

I'm ready to move here

I thought Garmisch would be a cute little town for our family of 6. It was the highlight of our 4 week holiday to Europe. This town is perfect. There isn't one piece of litter and every home surrounding this one is adorned in flowers. Every window of this home is like looking out to a piece of art. You can walk to cafes, grocery stores, and the hiking trails in minutes. The home came with guest cards to take the local bus system which is wonderful. Please bring cash! Many restaurants did take credit cards but many did not. This is a town for outdoor enthusiasts. I can not rate our experience from checking in to leaving with more stars. It was wonderful all around!

Nowhere better to stay in Garmisch!!

Das Alpenhaus is a fantastic, cosy, and beautiful house in a wonderful location. The house is quaint, quirky, and spacious - with everything you need. It had a fully equipped, modern kitchen, lots of fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and best of all, it was spotlessly clean! Fabulous views from the massive balcony, and a lovely terrace in the private garden. I really can’t say enough good things! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! Great quiet location within easy walking distance to town, and great restaurants. Our favorites were the Wolpertinger and the Mukkefuck. Only minutes away! We will definitely return. Thank you Anneliese for being such a wonderful host, your house more than exceeded our expectations!

Great vacation

The home is beautiful with all the amenities. My family of 6 stayed there in late May. The bus stop is right around the corner. There are 2 grocer stores within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed the outside terrace in the evening as we relived our day & exchanged photos. We all agreed this was our favorite family vacation we have taken!!
