Chicky's Place - Spacious Two Bedroom Condo- 15 min walk to Footbridge Beach

Bright, sunny and spacious two bedroom condo in Ogunquit.
Located just a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop and under a mile walk to the Footbridge beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well (Angelina's, Beachfire, Hooks). Situated on a dead end street, the neighborhood is quite and great for a walk and bike riding. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. Washer and Dryer in the bathroom. There is also a back entrance that you can use to store your beach gear.
Great for two couples. Dog Friendly!
Private outdoor patio with grill.
Chicky's place will make you feel comfortable and at home during your vacation to beautiful Ogunquit!

We can accommodate up to four adults, but small children would also fit if they were in a pack and play, please feel free to ask!

Spent 4 nights here on a girls trip. The house was clean, cozy & well equipped. I’ve stayed a few different places that limited toilet paper, paper towels, towels/wash cloths but not here, they left plenty for us to use. They provided bed linens as well, which is a plus for someone flying in from out of state. The house is surrounded by colorful trees that added to the experience of fall in Maine! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Chicky’s Place was fantastic. The location is central to local Ogunquit shops, and in close proximity to travel to neighboring towns. The place was clean and well kept. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk and our toddler especially loved playing with the games in the living room. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!!

We loved the location of the condo. Barely off the main road but very quiet! It was super clean, beds comfy, everything you need in the kitchen etc. Host(s) we're easy to contact when needed, which was luckily not often for us. We felt as though it was a home away from home and would definitely stay there again!

This home is truly outstanding in all ways. The location is set back in a quiet area yet close to everything. My husband & I loved the vibe of the home which is relaxed & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly & when you have a question they respond quickly. Part of me wants to keep this property a secret in the hopes it’ll always be available for us but I know what it’s like trying to find that one special place you always want to come back to. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful! Clean, spacious, convenient…. The new beach chairs and buggy were PERFECT, so helpful on a beach vacation. Location is fantastic… off the beaten path, quiet, yet close/walking distance to everything you need. Our second stay here, and hope to do it again! Thank you for such a great place!

Beach town gem

Chicky’s Place is a lovely, clean and well maintained home. It’s in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood. We found everything we needed in the home, from plenty of towels, to kitchen tools and spices, to well maintained appliances. We had no issues, just a very memorable vacation. Restaurants, stores, Beaches are all super close. Yet, at night, we could have a great cook out and sit outside and still have peace and quiet and a great nights sleep. The brand new beach chairs and beach cart in the little extra room are a wonderful bonus. There were 3 adults in our group, as well as my dog. We all had plenty of room to go off and read, sit outside or just find some time to relax, even my dog. The neighborhood was great for walking or dog walking. I really never saw anyone on the road. Very peaceful. We all loved Chicky’s Place and hope time visit again sometime. We especially loved the cute old time radio on the kitchen counter. We played it every day!I hope to find one for my own place!

A Wonderful Getaway

This was our first stay at Chicky’s Place. The condo was very well furnished and very clean. Love the little room off the kitchen, great place to relax. It was located just out of town on a quiet street. We liked that it was all on one level with comfortable furniture to enjoy. Check in was very easy also. Would definitely stay here again. Great location & Everything We Needed

This location is the best of both worlds - close to everything (the beach, downtown Ogunquit) AND it's on a quiet street so we really felt like we got away for the week. Since the street was so quiet, our dog rarely barked - he got lots of rest, too! The condo is very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. When we did have a question, Rachel got right back to us! Check in was super easy. We felt right at home.

Chicky’s Place is wonderful! This was our third visit and we enjoyed it once again. The property is well-maintained and spacious, with very comfortable beds! It’s in a great location and honestly there aren’t enough adjectives to adequately describe it. We love it there!!

lovely week in Ogunquit

We really enjoyed our stay in Chickys. The location was excellent as the neighborhood was quiet and being North of town kept us out of the worst traffic. We really liked jogging to the Footbridge and on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. It was great having a washer and dryer.

Perfect vacation home!

My wife and I loved our week-long vacation at this extraordinary property. It is rare to be able to enjoy an entire house with every possible amenity, three smart tv’s, modern appliances in an expansive and well-stocked kitchen, a full-size shower, a private driveway with no stairs into the unit, a patio, comfortable beds, and on and on. Our hosts were lovely and helpful, and we even got a special visit from their Great Dane puppy. Highly recommended!

Very nice VRBO with a few shortcomings

Overall, a nice experience. Clean, well-equipped quiet unit in a great location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is very finicky and was very difficult to use. It was quite hot in the unit. The owner should add instructions to the on-site handbook. Users should also be told to bring their own towels. There is an unfortunate requirement that you learn about upon arrival that you need to wash and dry towels before checkout. With a 10am checkout, this makes it very hard to take a shower on the departure date.

Family get away

What a lovely spot to spend a long weekend with hubby and his brother and wife. Lots of laughs and great memories were made. This condo is so clean pretty and well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This was the best VRBO we’ve stayed at this year. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable! The beds and couch super comfortable! Location was perfect and being able to bring our dog was a huge plus! When you walk in, it feels like home!
