Chicky's Place - Spacious Two Bedroom Condo- 15 min walk to Footbridge Beach

Bright, sunny and spacious two bedroom condo in Ogunquit.
Located just a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop and under a mile walk to the Footbridge beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well (Angelina's, Beachfire, Hooks). Situated on a dead end street, the neighborhood is quite and great for a walk and bike riding. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. Washer and Dryer in the bathroom. There is also a back entrance that you can use to store your beach gear.
Great for two couples. Dog Friendly!
Private outdoor patio with grill.
Chicky's place will make you feel comfortable and at home during your vacation to beautiful Ogunquit!

We can accommodate up to four adults, but small children would also fit if they were in a pack and play, please feel free to ask!

Absolutely Awesome Property!!!

Chicky’s Place is wonderful! This was our third visit and we enjoyed it once again. The property is well-maintained and spacious, with very comfortable beds! It’s in a great location and honestly there aren’t enough adjectives to adequately describe it. We love it there!!

lovely week in Ogunquit

We really enjoyed our stay in Chickys. The location was excellent as the neighborhood was quiet and being North of town kept us out of the worst traffic. We really liked jogging to the Footbridge and on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. It was great having a washer and dryer.

Great stay

Very spacious house, well equipped. 15-20 minutes walk from Footbridge beach, about 3/4 of a miles. No negative comments, everyone enjoyed their stay.

Family get away

What a lovely spot to spend a long weekend with hubby and his brother and wife. Lots of laughs and great memories were made. This condo is so clean pretty and well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend staying here.

a week of relaxing

Clean and beautifully decorated.Would stay there again and would highly recommend. It is in a lovely setting and the town has everything you would need. Beach is breathtaking.(I did recommend it to a lady I met in Bangor who was familiar with the town)

Ogunquit get away

Had a lovely stay - adorable condo/cottage in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walk to restaurants and quick drive to beaches and Marginal walk. Just perfect.

Perfect vacation home!

My wife and I loved our week-long vacation at this extraordinary property. It is rare to be able to enjoy an entire house with every possible amenity, three smart tv’s, modern appliances in an expansive and well-stocked kitchen, a full-size shower, a private driveway with no stairs into the unit, a patio, comfortable beds, and on and on. Our hosts were lovely and helpful, and we even got a special visit from their Great Dane puppy. Highly recommended!

Great location & Everything We Needed

This location is the best of both worlds - close to everything (the beach, downtown Ogunquit) AND it's on a quiet street so we really felt like we got away for the week. Since the street was so quiet, our dog rarely barked - he got lots of rest, too! The condo is very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. When we did have a question, Rachel got right back to us! Check in was super easy. We felt right at home.

Took a few days to enjoy local attractions found these accommodations extremely satisfactory. Had anything I needed. Only suggestion is having the towels in the dryer instead of waiting an hour to put them away.

Truly enjoyable vacation

Very nice. Well cared for spacious first -floor property with exceptionally responsive owners. Easy living inside and out for a couple or family of four. Everything one could need for a week’s stay. Close to everything coastal, yet just far enough off the beaten path for a good night’s sleep. Truly relaxing. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you Rachel and Jamie for your hospitality!

WONDERFUL SECOND VISIT!!

Exceptional Cottage

This cottage was exceptional. Extremely clean, you could smell how clean it was when you opened the door. The whole cottage was set up very nice with nice comfortable beds and a great open concept. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was all in great shape. The location is about a 1.5 mile mostly sidewalk walk to town so you can get there easily and yet you get away from the noise to a very quiet location. We will definitely go back!

Great place

awesome area in back for your pet. I thought larger than appears. Walkable to Footbridge but not if you have a bit of gear without a wagon. Trolleys are few & far in between & more expensive than parking if there are more than 2 passengers.

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the condo. The condo was extremely clean. It even has carpet in the bedrooms that looks and feels clean, which is very hard to come by! The condo had everything that we needed - grill, tea kettle, coffee maker, good wifi, Roku, AC, cooking pots and pans, some spices, etc. The location was awesome too. We walked downtown and/or to the beach every day. The street was incredibly quiet. I never woke up because of any outside noise. We hope to return!

Lovely property, great location!!

We had a lovely vacation at this property. It was absolutely delightful in every way. The house truly felt like a home for our two week October 2022 stay. The amenities were plentiful, the beds were super-comfortable and the hosts were available if needed. We highly recommend this wonderful rental property! Footnote: We are so sorry for this delayed review. Sadly, we had a death in the family upon our return home and it's taken a while to recover.
